The answer is Yes, but do not forget priorities as a key of plan of many things.
What i mean here is that, sponsor first affiliates whom you can communicate easily. However, as your business grows you will be forced by the business itself to go beyond the language/geographical boundary, and reaching in this point we say your making your business International.

Now, at that point your can sponsor any affiliates who looks to be productive regardless of language. As per your question

I believe when one can speak and understand english as well as have knowledge of Computer, this is a great opportunity to learn and work smoothly with SFI business. All the same, we should give every one an opportunity to try out because sometimes good things Comes from learning by doing. Today we have many translations and to login and read, many will do that so, sponser everybody who is interested, yo never know!

Good luck for you!

I really appreciate that this is one of the best necessary question. It is more useful on having good knowledge of English. Of course we cannot expect all the affliates come with thorough knowledge or with fluent English. That type of English is not required here. In my view, there is a need of understanding that what other Affliates as well our team leaders, uplines explores their experiences here. How they grasp the points from SFI Basics, Launchpad, and other sources of training without English

Hello,

In any case it is better to sponsor persons who have knowledge of English and the use of computers.
But also from experience, should be offered a job and people who are less well with languages, since we have translators in all languages.
As for the work on the computer, it is necessary to start only a basic knowledge.

Good luck

I think the skills of computer / Internet most important in this business, evidence of this I am, my English is very bad, but using a translator I managed that in the first month of work I get to the status of gold team leaders. If you animate your team from his speaking countries and people with experience I think you can make a good team as present my team.

"Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?"
It could be very difficult, but could be worthwhile. There are so many ways to accomplish working level for some language using the translator on computer or in the books. Also, I saw a lot of older people who learned to work on computer in his older days. Selling skills is the key. If they have that skill everything is worthwhile.

No , I don't think so.
Unfortunately I have also some affiliates that have poor abilities on speaking/writing English and computer/Internet experience.

Do you identified their level for English and computer experience ?

Maybe it's better to check if you can support them to improve first their lowest abilities and after that you can have great satisfactions from their work , actually is your team-work !

If you can contact them directly you can explain face to
