In today's competitive business world, it is not so easy to find people who will be interested in On Line Business. Even if you find some of them its still difficult to retain in the Team as most of them give up after a very short stint.

There are so many reasons for this but the important one is - People expect to become rich over night; People do want to work hard to earn; People do not have the requisite patience and above all, People do not treat this as business like any other business.

If you are a regular visitor to the Forum, you will be able to observe so many posts on the above subject.

Such being the case, there is no point in restricting ourselves while trying to build the Team/Down line.

More over, Not speaking English or Not having adequate computer/internet knowledge can not be limiting factors for any one who wants to join SFI.

1.How quickly they understand the concept;
2.What extent they want to exert themselves on a daily basis;
3.How much patience they have to build their own Team;
4.How much they can afford to spend to buy products;
5.How much abilities they have to persevere and earn;
6.How much time they can afford to spend on a day to day basis.

Basically, these are all the factors that we have to consider when we try to introduce people to SFI business.

If you build your team by introducing people from your own Country/Locality you will not face any problem. At the same, if you get people from other countries (even if they do not speak English) you can always motivate them by translating your messages into their Language. If people have limited computer/internet knowledge, if they are SERIOUS to build and succeed in their Business they will certainly over come this short coming also sooner than one expects.

Conclusion:

SFI is in more than 190 countries today. Its an international business. We get all types of members in our team. Let's work with them & succeed Together. Further, SFI business is simple; we need not complicate it by assuming so many things.

My answer is, 'a big YES' the inspiring there is he/she try her/his best to start
a business and try to fulfill his/her goal even it is hard for him/her to speak english.
And this is a challenge for any sponsor who is under her/him.For me it is worth for having
downline like that because if you make that affiliate became successful it means that
you became successful also because you exert full effort such as using google translator,
explain everything about SFI in a very simple way.
One more thing don't ever feel upset if you have that kind of affiliate because we don't
know that the guy who have a little bit English and experience about computer is the guy
who will grow your business and your team.So don't lost hope with that kind of affiliate

Absolutely, yes it is!! SFI has Google Translate on most of its pages, which is not perfect, but gets the points across without too much difficulty.

And maybe their English might improve over time, which could be beneficial to them.

Computer/Internet experience is a little more complicated, but definitely not overly difficult. We have many affiliates that post on Forum, answering some technical questions about both. If one needs a lot of help, for the internet part, Internet Income series can be extremely helpful. For computer help, either watch for Forums on the subject, or ask your own question/request for help. When you find a good answer, ask for a2a friendship, via their profile page, NOT right there in Forum page.

Where there is a will, there is a way to find answers. We were none born computer techs, so all have to start from zero in learning curve!:)

It's worthwhile sponsoring ANYONE that has access to an internet connection. When we start prejudging people, we are showing just how short-sighted that we really are.

There was a famous baseball player by the name of Babe Ruth. Ruth did not have an athletic build. If someone that didn't know him was to pick a team of players based on appearances, they would have never picked the Home run Guru!

There are multitudes of people with little experience and limited english that has a big heart and a lot of drive! Don't rule out anyone, ever!

As you throw your recruitment ads all over the net, it only in some cases (e.g a particular city classified or a regional targeted ad) you can determine the geography or location of who responds. Therefore to an extent you may not be able to totally prevent people who speak little English from joining SFI through your advertisements.

Also, on the other hand, you cannot determine computer expertise of your prospects at the point of recruitment except you categorically state that they need high computer proficiency to succeed. That also is not the spirit of the opportunity. What we tell people is that they need a computer or even a Smartphone with internet access. Period!

The question then is,"Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?". My answer is YES. Really, fluency in English language and being computer savvy do not automatically translate to an active downline. Many have these two qualities but are not motivated, really indolent and unwilling.

Therefore, you should devise a means of supporting Affiliates in this category. For Affiliates that speaks or understands just a little English, you can help them through:

1. Google Translator. You can write your message in English and use Google Translator to translate it to his/her language. It works well.

2. a2a connection. You can introduce him to connect with his/her country leaders through the medium of a2a. They would be able to guide him in their native language and get him/her started and grounded.

3. Reassignment. Another option is to reassign him/her to a performing Affiliate in your downline from the person's country or who is literate in the native language. Since, you still get Matching VersaPoints from your downline, you have not lost anything but rather strengthened your team.

The issue of limited computer/internet experience is solved by systematic training using the communication media established above. SFI homepage training articles can be translated too using Google translator and their would be gradual computer appreciation and usability. 95% of people who join SFI needs one level of training or another.

I believe you should not limit yourself as many Affiliates that seems to be slow starters end up becoming stars in this business.

I can't even fathom why you would NOT sponsor someone from another culture than yours. SFI is a GLOBAL company, and already has hundreds of Affiliates from every corner of our round earth!

What is most desired in your sponsored Affiliate is the following:

1. A desire to better their life.
2. A drive to work to achieve success.
3. Access to the internet.
4. The ability to learn, which, honestly, is the ability to READ. (SFI offers the most comprehensive library of learning material simply found by doing the LAUNCHPAD, BASICS and Daily To-Do List. Utilizing the translation may need to be explained.)

All of these traits are HUMAN traits. It matters not where one lives. The human spirit is a truly magnificent thing!

Sponsor to your hearts content, and encourage those you sponsor to become EA. Teach them how to sponsor to their hearts content, and to teach those they sponsor how to become EA. This is the very CORE of SFI. Duplication! It's magic!

Benefits you receive will greatly surpass the effort you take to overcome a concern about the language or cultural differences. Having built a business of Affiliates from across the global span will render your business much stronger to endure any economically weak time frame.

I can see NO reason that your SFI business would suffer from having Affiliates from anywhere in the entire world.

If language is a problem, they can use Google translation to help to translate English into their official languages. But I believe that most will understand, read and write simple English as English is a universal business language for communication. Having limited computer and internet experience may be a problem to some who seldom access to computer. But computer and internet have been in existence since the sixties, I don't think that a large population in the developing countries are inaccessible to computer and internet as online businesses have been in existence for a few decades. What is more important is their understanding of the internet business and the desire to learn as they operate the business. After all,the menu and directions have been set. With a pointer and a click of the mouse, they can access to the information they need. So I would still consider it is worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little but do understand English. Experience can be earned through continuous learning and practicing. There's a will, there's away.

Yes, it is worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience.
SFI has translate at the bottom of the page to help you and/or your PSA. There are also many translators, like Google Translator online. So language is not a problem. Your PSA can also get help from a2as.
All SFI tools, including gateways, are ready made and don't need a person to be experienced in computer/internet. All your PSA need to do, is just to download and print what is download-able and/or copy and paste the gateways.
Sponsoring any affiliate is worthwhile. You don't know who will make you a next millionaire.

By default, outside one's interest, sponsored Affiliates are automatically awarded, either in Executive Affiliate re-qualification (EA2) or by auction bidding that attracts automatically assigned PSAs, there's no restriction to sponsorship of Affiliates as the barrier of communication is reduced to the bearest minimum with the provision of Translator. This has been dully taken care of.

Affiliates with limited computer/internet experience too are worthwhile to be sponsored as every provision is made to develop such Affiliates since their cases are only "limited" and not total, same applies with the case of "little english" as these have little basis for comprehension and improvement through the knowledge based avenues of skill aquisition ranging from ASK SC, SFI Forum, Ask Gery, a2a amongst others.
