I do not think this should be a serious barrier to recruitment and sponsorship because there are tools available within and outside of SFI to resolve the associated problems of language and limited internet experience for the following reasons:

1. There is on the job training in many organisations including SFI exemplified by various training materials and helpful resources here.

2. Enthusiastic and knowledge seekers are often very eager to develop themselves and acquire pertinent

Yes it can be worthwhile.

Regarding people with limited English, have a look at some of the top performers in SFI. Many of them come from countries where English is not the primary language. I suspect therefore that not all of them speak a lot of English.

TIP 1: When sponsoring people with little English, have a look and see what their primary languages are. If possible group people with the same language and reassign them to one of your active team leaders with the

Yes, absolutely.

Don’t let any obstacles discourage you from sponsoring affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer and Internet experience. The potential of being an SFI affiliates cannot be compared to any obstacles a new affiliates will encounter in venturing SFI. SFI is a networking business and is borderless. As a networker, if you want to expand the growth of your SFI business, you need to successfully handle and deal with these issues that come with owning

Absolutely.

Some of the best people on my team speak very little English, or have very limited computer/internet experience.

So many opportunities are structured as if everyone in the world has money to throw around, and they have ridiculously expensive products and a high cost just to get in. SFI is one of the few programs that is available in so many countries, and that has a price point that everyone around the world can afford.

You know, free.

Greetings

In the SFI business every affiliate is important, because the strategy to build your business is duplication. The more affiliates you, have, you groom in becoming leaders and they duplicate the same in that way your business grows and become succesffully.

So in answering your question it is not a question of worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/internet experience.

One of the things that is great with SFI

SFI is international, so whether we like it or not,
All of us at one time or the other end up with affiliates
That either don't speak any english at all or know very little of it!

So is it wise to sponsor these guys....YES AND NO

Why YES?
If these sponsors come in through BID AND BUILD or through S-BUILDER or through online
Advertising, there is no way you will control whether you get English Speaking ones or not!

However in the event that you

I have thought about the question on affiliates understanding and speaking very little English. And I can see that as being a barrier 10 or 15 years ago but not in today’s Internet Marketing media.

Most third world countries now teach English in their schools as a second language and in some cases it is their main language. However there is still a need in understanding what is being spoken when English is used.

They have the ability to change all the SFI

Affiliates are people who have interest in what SFI has to offer. People everywhere, every social status, every language group, or ethnic group are in the search of "the one thing' that will serve them to assist in achieving their goal.

SFI is a great means for people around the world to improve not only personal financial situation/s but also is an excellent means for everyone to participate to improve the economy of the world so our future generations have it better than us.

Not only is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or limited computer/internet experience but it can be very profitable. There is no barrier that can't be trumped when it comes to the determined soul. We can make 1001 excuses for why we or our affiliates can not succeed at SFI but the truth is that the compensation plan has been proven to work in over 137 countries just yesterday according to the global growth chart. Besides, english is taught in every country in every accredited

There are two steps of sponsoring affiliates:

1. Signing up - This is the process of finding affiliates and signing them up as affiliates and become a member of SFI. At this stage we don't care or even do not have much control who signed up.

We just let them sign-up whoever they are. Whether they knew little english or not, they have expertise or little internet experience.

2. Helping/Guiding them to succeed - This where the language and computer/internet experience
