Today I received an email that caused me to reflect on this very question.
Only this guy is not going to disengage but engage more. The subject of the email was:
"An Observation"
This guy is a very good friend and one of my PSAs.
This was the basic info he shared in his letter to me:
My activity for February was significantly greater than previous months.
February VP: 21448 vs Total VP: 48091
My winnings were also much greater. I don't think it is a coincidence, What do you think?
My answer was:
As I say in my DG congrat letter, it is not luck it is the result of consistent and intentional work. There is a question in AskSC about working hard and making nothing. People here at SFI who do engage sometimes engage without intent. They must see the opportunities and leverage them. You are doing that.
For example, suppose you have a daily VP of 17. 3 more and you get 1 DG extra entry. Well play PTP 3 times. You will be in the daily crown, you may win one of the 3 PTP entries, and you get an extra drawing in the DG... Do this sort of thing everyday and the odds improve quickly.
There are so many ways to earn, some better than others, but there is always a way that will fit your personality. But this is the key. You must be intentionally engaged in revenue producing activity. Remember revenue is not what you earn, revenue is money coming into TripleClicks. Revenue is the money that comes into SFI.
Those who create this revenue reap the greatest rewards. It is this work that pays everyone.
Our Daily To Do list is important, but it is not a revenue producing activity. It is an earnings producing activity, but those earnings are VERY low and the more people are faithfully "earning" that way the less each VP is worth.
Our daily To Do List is important because it will equip us to create revenue for SFI and commissions for us and as revenue increases the value of each VP increases.
People working hard in SFI and making no money are probably engaged in time consuming rather than revenue producing activity. Each affiliate needs to take action to learn and apply skills in producing revenue, making sales, recruiting vendors, reaching out to gamers and auctioneers. This all brings revenue into TC and SFI. We cannot just get the 10 VP for looking at the documents on Marketing. We need to decide to get up today and DO one new marketing suggestion in the Training Material. And tomorrow do another one, and then another one, until we have exhausted every item on the list.
