When I have been confronted with an upset affiliate stating that they are going to quit because things are not working out for them or that the return on their efforts are not paying enough, I will do my best to talk with them to find out where the real problem is.

I will then check the affiliates VP ledger and their personal profile. Usually I will find that the affiliates have never made a financial investment or I find out that they are logging in only once or twice

Many affiliates are discouraged for one reason or the other, prominent among those reasons are the urge to make quick money and lack of understanding of the business. However, when frustration for lack of success resulting in a likely decision to quit and its brought to the attention of the sponsor, then the sponsor may attempt to remedy the situation and make efforts to encourage the affiliate thus:

Tell the affiliate that this is essentially not a get rich quick business, so there is

There is nothing more frustrating than putting effort into something that you want to believe in that does not work the way you want it to.

First thing - the most critical is to acknowledge the feeling of frustration that the affiliate is telling you in their statement, "I want to quit SFI because nothing is happening...". Owning your own business requires not only time, but also emotional and mental work too so definitely recognize the emotions that the affiliate is feeling

Hi,WILFREDA SERIOSO,

In my experience, he or she is actually asking for help if an Affilate contacts you expressing their concern and intention to quit because of lack of result.

Yes, it is a disguised request for help.

I have had affiliate who quit without any form of notice.

I also had affiliates who expressed their disappointment over their results and contemplating the option to leave SFI.

There was nothing I could do in the first instance.

When an affiliate tells you they are going to quit take it as an indication for help. Now, you can't make people do what they are not willing to do. So first, ask them are they willing to take a few simple actions that you have proven to work for you. If they say yes, then continue if not, try to get a yes by asking why are they so willing to throw in the towel? Then come back to your yes, I am willing to take a few simple actions that are working for you.

First of all, determine

In my brief experience with SFI (not yet arrived at 6 months), I found myself thinking like that more than once. Something like this:

"This is not going anywhere. I'm putting my money, I'm getting PSAs, I spend hours promoting my gateways ... but this doesn't work. Maybe ..."

Maybe what?
Maybe I should do as all these PSAs that sing-up and then never re-enter?

That is the essential: if I quit, if I let all those people who just disappear after sing-up

Hello Wilfredo,
I made it a point to always prepare my new affiliates by letting them go through the launchpad lesson number 11 several times until they understood the fact that SFI is not join now get rich tomorrow business. It is a perfect answer to your question. There's no need reinventing the wheel so I reproduced it here for your perusal. Sorry its long but to the point.

Overnight success...NOT!

"SFI holds tremendous potential for those who will apply themselves,

Remind your affiliate of what is written in Launch Pad Lesson 11. See if the person has been completing all of the tasks each day by checking the VP Ledger. Remind the affiliate that it can take three to five years to break even. Just be an encourager.

Here is a story I read shortly after I joined SFI in 2001. I was very impressed by this.

A certain man who was homeless joined SFI. He went to the library every day and worked on his SFI business. He worked hard on it

Thanks for this question.

Please explain the following:

1. SFI is not a get rich over night program;
2. You have to treat this as any other business;
3. Patience and Perseverance are key factors to succeed;
4. You have to give time;
5. You have to work smart every day;
6. You have invest for a reasonable period of time;
7. You have to promote it & build your own strong & active team.

We are constantly reminded by the training within SFI that this is not an opportunity where you will become rich overnight. That aside, another important lesson learnt from this business is to lead by example. Both these factors are instrumental in helping you strive for better results. This is why this question is very important for me to answer through my experiences.

You cannot really force anyone to continue with the business unless they want to and they are willing to put in more
