As far as I am concerned there is no difference. Whether you advertise or buy PSA's you are shooting in the dark. You can have a hit and get a lot of active PSA from either one or both or it can bring you nothing you can have a hundred PSA's and maybe 1 active PSA. There are no guarantees.

My suggestion would be - do both. You can buy the PSA's and advertise only where you can do it for free, that way you do not spend money on both. Keep track of where you advertised and how many

If you can afford it, it's 1000 times better to buy PSAs, so you can optimise your precious time, following up your PSAs.

But what is even more important is that this it's a very duplicable way of building a strong and profitable team that all your PSAs can use.

Anyway you’d better make the experience of running some advertising campaign on your own. So you will be able to appreciate even more the value of your purchased PSAs ; )

For sure the best is own advertising, but in a discreet way or an original one, like a blog or something else. People should be creative regarding advertising. But it depends how much time has the affiliate to build his business /if he/she has other obligations/. Buying PSA is also good, but there aren't any guarantees that the people will join or be active. But some of internet viewers are ready to go into online business, when they find a good opportunity. According to me both advertising and buying PSAs are very important in SFI both having its different benefit if you dont have sufficient money to purchase PSA and if your advertising your business by personally meeting with the people that time you explain the person in better way you can show him or her about this business you can show him or her the benefit and profit of the business and explaining them about the your business personally so it get more impact on the person and that time chances

Doing your own advertising may be good for those who have the know-how, experience, time, patience, and organising skills to undertake this campaign.

For those who have little or no experience, time, patience and advertising skills, buying PSAs is the best for team building.

If your funds will allow, investing in Standing Order for share/s in S-Builder Co-op, PSAs To Go, or buying a package of 10, 20, 50 or 100s of Guaranteed Sign-ups from ECAs is best for team building as

I combine the two.
I have a great sales generating leads program I use to promote SFI on a daily basis.
Top Right click and connect with your sponsor. Ask them where they promote.
The internet can be a very dangerous place.
So do not waste your money paying for advertising. Believing all the hype you see when surfing etc.
I tell all my down line the purpose of surfing at my recommending sites is solely to use the credits earned to promote SFI.

The best way to build a team is through own advertising. In this way you are posed to do well since most of the affiliates you have will be known to you personally. It is very good to deal with somebody whom you know personally because you will be in a position to assess most of the characters that are required in business before you engage them. Once in your team you will be able to come up with the right strategies to deal with them because you understand their finer details.

In my opinion the best way to get PSAs is by follow your heart and improve your marketing skills.

I've spent hundreds of dollars to buy PSAs from TripleClicks ECAs and from outside there, unfortunately none of them remain active for a long period.
All that remained with me over the years is that I get from my own efforts on advertising.

So based on my experience we do not need to rush collecting a lot of referrals by buy them, it's better we follow our own pace in building

Both Fatima. The great book- the bible made it clear to sow your seed in the morning and the evening for you do not which will come out right whether the one in the morning or evening or whether both will come out right.
Now the bottomline in team building is activity. Which of the methods you have adopted are producing results not just signups but active affiliates. If one then concentrate on that one but if both methods are working then stick to both.
