Affiliates want to achieve success and become stars in SFI, but that is easier said than done. To earn big commissions and profit, we know that we need to do the following: 1) Earn as many VersaPoints as we can to achieve the highest rank possible in order to increase our SFI perks, power, and monthly income; 2) Advertise and recruit to flow new PSAs & PRMs into our downline and TripleClicks store respectively; 3) Sell TripleClicks products; 4) Recruit ECAs and /or open our own ECA store; 5) Participate in the Pricebenders Penny auctions, Forum, Eager Zebra games; and contests such as E-365, Daily Grand, Distribustars,Wave 3, Leadership Challenge and many more.
But are these all what we need to do to achieve SFI success?
Leonardo da Vinci sees first in his mind his “obra maestra” and then paints it. An engineer sees first in his mind the building and builds it. We can be the Leonardo da Vinci or the engineer of our SFI business in 3 steps.
Step 1: Set SFI Goals, Make a Plan for success, & Visualize
First in the list of our plan of action is to devote few minutes every day visualizing our ultimate SFI goal that when achieved can give us a sense of satisfaction and self-fulfillment.
Step 2: Execute Plans
Identify the essential tasks and skills that need to be developed and accomplished to attain SFI success. Then while focusing on the main goal, start executing the small objectives or short term goals such as:
1) Set a timeline as for when we can achieve our short term goals as well as our long term goal.
2) Focus on SFI and TripleClicks tasks that are absolutely essential to propel our SFI business to success.
3) Practice time management and outsourcing.
4) Develop advertising, marketing, and team leadership skills.
5) Work harder with passion.
5) Stay away from distractions as much as possible.
6) Surround ourselves with other successful and highly-driven affiliates, uplines, a2a friends, and forum friends.
7) Study successful Team Leaders and if possible, model some of their strategies.
8) Develop a strong team of serious and active affiliates, PSAs, TLs, and CSAs.
9) Reward active team members for a job well done.
10) Offer help and guidance to new affiliates both within and outside our team.
11) Gather as much information as we can to increase our knowledge base about about SFI, TripleClicks, affiliate and internet marketing.
Step 3: Review and Redo the Plan of Actions
Many SFI affiliates quit even before they have started doing SFI. As soon as they discover that SFI is not a get-rich quick plan, they become inactive or worse they opted out.
Be persistent! If your first approach or strategy didn’t work, NEVER GIVE UP! Don’t let failure or frustration define you. Remember, Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before he perfected the light bulb. When asked about his failure, Edison said, “I have not failed, I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” Failure taught Edison to repeatedly innovate.
If you failed, don’t blame SFI or your sponsor or yourself. Learn from your mistakes. Know that failure is upside down success. It’s an opportunity for you to learn, re-think or re-do your goals and plans to increase your chances of success. Let failures help you identify what you need to change. Don’t make the same mistakes again. Like Thomas Edison, try to innovate.
