I would participate simply because it adds a new revenue stream to your compensation every month. However, I would not use it as my sole focus of recruiting because it does not build your downline. Remember that duplication is the backbone of SFI so gain as many PSAs as possible for your own team. So I would look at the PPA program as an accessory to your income but not the main focus of your recruiting efforts.
"Should I or shouldn't I participate in the SFI PPA program?"
It makes more sense to go for the get paid up front income stream, and I am speaking of the PPA program. Now on the other hand, there’s the long-term effect of gaining an affiliate for the greater duration, sustainable revenues, that is. Anytime you market a product or service it’s a speculation type ordeal and all things depend on the performance of the newly acquired affiliate, as is with this case.
With me, they both are equally important. Just think, if you have two lines in the water, there is a better chance of at least catching something.

I suggest you start by building your own team first, because in Affiliate Marketing it’s all about the number of active affiliates in your own team.
When you have at least that first 5 active PSA’s in your first line, AND you are really good with enrolling new members, and only then I would take part in SFIPPA. The incentives for PPA can be very good if you are a really good marketer AND you have a great team with a good income already, but not before that, unless that is all you want to do here.

I believe that if you are looking at SFI as a real Business for yourself one does not limit the way they can make money. If everyday you are out advertising for your personal website, then to add one more site to your advertising program for that day, should not be a big deal.
Anyway to accomplish getting more income should not be disregarded, I just would not recommend that this be your only means of income with SFI.
It's not recommended.
SFI Pay-Per-Action (SFIPPA) is an optional, supplemental income program available to all SFI affiliates that allows you to act as an advertiser for SFI and earn supplemental income by getting others to take actions such as filling out forms.
In SFIPPA proram you can earn, but you can earn more if you help your PSA to become good in bissnis. If you bring new affiliate in SFI you want him in your team. So, it's NO for SFI PPA.
I would personally advise you to be away from this PPA method of recruiting. Why? Because, it is not depending upon your efforts any more once he/she has enrolled as SFI affiliate through a PPA link.
SFI keeps a strict control over affiliates generated through this process. That means they are always suspecting our genuine efforts. Then why should we not suspect them. Once a person joins through PPA program I am not in a position to check his/her activity. Whatever SFI tells me I have to blindly believe them. Then why should I take in PPA recruitment method.
Thirdly, PPA program is not very transparent as per my opinion But you can go ahead with PPA and later tell us your experiences about this program. I have been in SFI 3+years but I never got any commissions from them. I am unable to understand their Rules & Restrictions. Now I remain away from this program.
It does not mean that everyone should do what I am doing. May be my luck is not giving me what is required in PPA. You may be luckier than me. I can tell you if you are luckier in PPA, it is the easiest way to increase your commissions. A fixed amount of $$$ is reserved for you.

If I asked you to bring me hundred dollar bills an told you I would pay you fifty cents to $10 for each, would you do it?
My top PSA paid me over $300 this past year in direct commissions alone and added over 700 members to my team on level 2 and I wouldn't have made more than ten dollars had I been promoting ppa at the time. Instead, another affiliate would have made all that money.

prevent fraud, participation in the SFIPPA program is highly monitored and several rules and restrictions are strictly enforced. All affiliate sign-ups you generate via the PPA program will be dispersed among SFI Affiliates. These sign-ups WILL NOT be recorded as your PSAs or be placed into your downline. See individual PPA pages for full details on SFIPPA rules and restrictions. Participants not meeting the requirements will be suspended from further participation.

If you are a recruiting machine, then participate in the SFI PPA program. You only make money from it when someone becomes active and or purchases from Triple clicks. See how your recruiting program is working for you, and then you can take a look at SFI PPA. You need recruits and the money from SFI PPA can be very lucrative, if your recruiting is producing a surplus of active members for you.
Some people say it is a good way to make money to spend for purchases or advertising. Personally, I couldn't stand to have promoted to have someone join and be active in SFI and they not be in my downline.
Recruiting active referrals is hard work and I don't want to just give that away. I may re-assign them to someone else in my downline, but I would hate being constantly reminded of "the one that got away".
I don't mean to say you should or shouldn't. It is not my place to tell you what to do. I can only tell you how it would make me feel. Best wishes in all you do.
