The first rule of getting to know anyone, PSAs included, is to elicit information about that person's personal values and perspective. That is, you need to know who your PSAs are and why they're here. This will show you how to motivate and train the person, as well as suggest the way he or she might be most effective.

From this information alone, you can learn:

* what marketing techniques a PSA has used before,
* what talents he or she can bring to his or her role as

The PSA's Affiliate Profile for me is the best tool that a team leader had to help/guide his PSA on target according to the goal. Why? Because all the information is already there.

1. The feeling towards the program.
2. The plan how far he will pursue the business in his set goals.
3. How much time each can devote everyday,
4. How much monetary amount he can afford to spend for the business.
5. The driving factor or inspiration of joining the business.

Great question.

In actuality the affiliate profile is one of the most important pieces of data obtained by SFI and also first step for any new incoming PSA to complete in full and clearly to the best of their ability. It allows a SFI to better align the vast resources at your disposal to your prospective PSA individual needs and better position them to obtain the proper training and guidance that will aid them in building an effective business.

Now, that's how SFI uses the

I would send my welcome greeting with some general instructions on how to proceed to my new PSAs, giving them a few days to find out about their profile and how best to complete it.

At least 3 days after joining, and no more than a week, would be long enough that they should have profile complete. Then is time for you to go check out what they have posted. At the very least, you will see their main reason for joining SFI, and mayhaps a more complete explanation towards the bottom of

I feel the profile can give you some idea if the affiliate filled in all the information, but I can tell you that my profile is filled in completely but if my sponsor relied on that to help me she would not have been able to do so. My sponsor got to know me through e-mails, chat and even Facebook. I am now doing the same thing with my affiliates.

I say hallo and chat to them whenever they are on line - give tem the opportunity to talk to me in real time and ask questions. When they

Thanks for this question.

I don't think you can do anything constructive by knowing an Affiliate's profile.

For example, if an affiliate profile says he is good at acting, or playing instruments will it be of any help to the Sponsor. Certainly not. There is nothing much one can draw out of an Affiliate's profile.

Within a matter of few days of joining, you will know by experience, whether the Affiliate is really serious, or just joined SFI out of curiosity, etc.

Hello Ms Stephen

In general Info section, you get information about your affiliate the reson of his/her joining SFIand whether he/she operates any other business at present. From here you can conclude how many hour he or she would be able to spare for SFI and guide him/her accordingly.

Prior experience of your affiliate comes as a great benefit for you otherwise you need to train him/her on Internet Business from the A to Z. If he/she has a phusical store she can get affiliates

Hello all,..

Use the affiliate profile to see:
First, what goals, "dreams", experience and so on does your PSA have ?
Second, Your PSAs VP Ledger and from that you can give some hints and tips.
Third, What can (s)he spend and then guide them wisely on HOW to spend that
and the list goes on..

Also advice your PSAs to fill in their COMPLETE profile including PSA/CSA greeting, Leadership page and so on..
The more you put out there the more people

"How can I use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI? "

Observing the profile is a good starting point to get a general idea of what an affiliate expects to get out of joining the SFI program. Now what happens if the affiliate does not fill out the profile information completely? Than you might need to focus more on your movers and their needs, and how that information relates to what they want out of the SFI program.
