Thank you for the Question

New PSAs are new and they sincerely need alot of time to understand the system first and by so doing they will be more equipped to take on Leadership role once they start claiming the ladder of ranks. It is important to help the as a sponsor to teach and tell them about their growth but it will help them greatly if they will study the system by first focusing on the SFI basics and the Lunch-pad Q&As so that they too can be able to sponsor their downlines

It is my opinion that should be advised not to go as fast as leader, should go step by step.
Advise them should reach the status EA2 and to keep a couple of months
reason:
SFI is a big and serious company.
It takes a lot to learn and work side by side.
New PSA familiar with different ways of working and earning opportunities.
prepare him to create his own team duplication.
indicate that he still has to learn without looking that level is reached.
All of this

Most of the affiliates who sign up to SFI try to look for ways to gain as much versa points just for the badges and the recognition and have that solo mentality where they look for easier ways to make money in the business. Yes i believe you should advise them to take it slow and take time to learn how the business works so as to be effective and productive not only to themselves but also to their future down line before they rush to leadership positions.

I would say to "slow down and Read ", the lessons.
Then write down questions as you go through each lesson.
Tell them help is available from you. Then put your email there.

More help is available with their 3 up-line and the Forums too.
Reading and understanding is what is important where you are new.

I include "all of us start from Affiliate" each month.
Let them decide how fast to go.

Hi Sandra

From personal experience I think you should warn them to slow down.
The most important thing which should be your focus is making the team and if they are progressing well can become a team leader.

If they are not yet sure to understand fully how SFI works then give recommendation and provide more quality instruction to them.

For this there are two answers:
1. If your affiliates just started to work, then you advise them to slow down, do not stare at the points because if they do not have a team below they will not be able to achieve status
2.If your affiliates work for 2 or more months they should accelerate and go to higher statuses, long retention of the status EA2 is not desirable.

I think that the new PSA should provide basic information about the SFI. One of the information that may become faster or slower leader.
The aim is that he understands that it will definitely be a leader as more progress!
Each PSA on the basis of information obtained should decide, at what pace will become a leader.
I let them decide whether to leave immediately as soon as you become a leader. Tip this PSA should consist of help that will give him if he decided to quickly

In communication with your team members you'll see how much they are familiar with the work of the SFI and how they think work! You are familiar with all the possibilities, and they let him decide how and how much will thrive! No way they do not advise them to slow but motivate to soon be leaders and to build your team and help them do that! One member of my team because of my support for five days now become a leader helps him to preserve it! Why do not you use bonus.12 TC of bronze team lider.I

Hello,
Interesting question.

Important is to tell the PSAs the importance
of knowing the business i.e read all what is there
to know about the business.
Their success means your success.
The most important thing which should be your
focus is making the team and if they are progressing well
can become a team leader.
Hope this is some help.
Regards.
