Any investment in time and funds you made to building your team is worthwhile. This sort of customized attention will elicit a positive reaction from your PSA who will believe you care for him/her as a person and not just a stepping stone to your parochial interest. It will also depend on the amount of time you have at your disposal. All things considered, a personalised welcome letter using information from the affiliates profile is far appreciated than sending a mass automated mails to them.

It really depends on what sort of response you expect to receive from your affiliates. The current first email will be personalized with their name. You can personalize your email with the affiliates name anywhere you want in the email.

Would you prefer to receive a personalized email? I know I would and therefore I would afford my affiliates the same courtesy.

The chances are you wont be able to do much personalization other than the name as they are unlikely to have filled

Yes indeed, this is the way to go. When you address a new PSA with information from the affiliate profile, there is an automatic impression that you create. One is that the PSA feels important since you are addressing him/her with his/her own information that is displayed from the profile. Secondly the affiliate gets the feeling that you are a person who knows exactly what you are doing which is a direct result of using the affiliate profile information in addressing the PSA.
Finally, when you

Hello :)

No not really..
If a PSA signs up then their Affiliate Profile is still empty..

Just write them a simple basic welcome letter and get personal as soon as you see your PSAs online.. Send them a E-card or start a conversation with them via SFI Messaging..
By then their affiliate profile should be filled more and you can become more personal easier..

Hope it helps some !

Hello Sharon,
Yes, definitely that you need to customize your welcome letters you send to your new PSAs. But, it is not necessary to use the information in their profile information to accommodate them at first. I would see rather an e-mail of welcome, for presenting you, with a brief presentation of the program SFI as well as the key stages to be made at the beginning to start well in the SFI. Of course, mentioning that you are happy to welcome them, into your team to work with them and ready

Absolutely Sharon, it is always helpful to have a touching welcome letter that
Matter for that person in what situation is in and what will he/she will gain by
Working with you.
Or you can create one generalize letter and modify it as you have their complete
Profile info, but the only problem is you have to send out the welcome letter as
Soon as you get the notification from SFI. Waiting till they complete their profile
May delay your welcome letter response if

It is useful to see the details in the Affiliate's profile to understand where the PSAs are coming from. Some may not have the fluency and efficiency of the English language and therefore using complicated words would be inappropriate when drafting a welcome letter.

For this reason it is important to gear the welcome letters in such a way that they are kept simple and easily understood by all the PSAs.

To get a more personalized letter, I find the E Cards to be extremely handy

YES.Every single one of our PSAs are our direct team and to sponsor them we must treat them as individuals and not just numbers. People like to be recognised and appreciated so a new affiliate will feel that he/she is in the right place when they have signed up and know nothing about the system but opening their email and seeing your personalised welcome letter is very helpful i say this because when i joined SFI and the next day i log in to my email account and my sponsor had sent me this beautiful

I would say yes,but this kind of welcome letter should be sent on or after their
3rd.day, not their first.

I came here as a seasoned mlm worker and did not want bothered.I was already on TMI.
Too much information too fast.

The first welcome letter should be :

Welcome to SFI and my team.Your translator is on the bottom right of your pages.

No! Not in that way. If I did this I would run the risk of making a mistake because I am sending welcome letters to different PSAs and CSAs using a copy and past method. Plus it would be to time consuming to individualize each based on their affiliate profile.

Yes! It is a good idea to create personalized welcome letters and I do that. But the only part I individualize is addressing them by their name. If I have need to send them a message that is individualized based on their affiliate
