To get an effective result either immediately or very near future and to clear the way of success of your leadership in SFI business – it is worthwhile to create and send an individual, personalized Welcome Letter to the new PSAs as well CSAs after sign-ups

It will be better to collect and use the information from their Affiliate Profile. Otherwise you should send a general message to let them know a heartiest and warm Welcome to SFI. In this regard you can collect a sample welcome letter from SFI – make some addition, alteration, if necessary or create it in your own language

Remember most of the people expect a well response from those who invited them to join and start something online/offline. Your Welcome message can make them more interested to start and proceed further to the progress of SFI business and it is needless to mention your success would be depend on your PSAs/CSAs

So if we want to get some effective advantages – there should be no difficulties to spend some time to create an individual, personalized Welcome Letter for our New PSAs/CSAs

I think it can be worthwhile, but I would be careful. It depends on your volume of PSA's each month that are signing up under you. It's been said that about 2% of those that register will really be serious about SFI. So, if your PSA's are coming from auctions, S-Builder, or other ECA signups, you could spend a lot of time sending personalized welcome letters to those that will never log in again.

But if you know the new PSA's, i.e. personal referrals/signups, then it's definitely good to send a personalized welcome letter.

For those random PSA signups, I generally send a generic welcome letter, trying to highlight the positive aspects of SFI, and then for those that give me a response to show a little interest, I definitely send a more personalized mail as soon as possible...

I believe it is very worthwhile, yes.

Building trust is essential in this business. Identifying with your affiliate in some way helps to begin the construction of that trust.

The first thing is to demonstrate that this communique is unique and specific. Mentioning something about them, or that they said in their Affiliate profile is helpful to demonstrate that the email is specifically for them.

But I think identification is of the greatest importance. I travel a lot and have been to many countries. The first thing I usually mention to a new affiliate is that I have been to their country (if it is true of course). And I mention something about my experience there.

Other things I mention is my strengths may contribute to their areas of weakness. In their profile they may mention that the least desirable aspect of SFI is XYZ. I share how I might help them their because of a skill or strength I have.

I also mention how their strengths might help me as well. Learning from a new affiliate when they have a strength helps them to become a contributor in the process.

1. I feel honored to answered your question here on Ask_SC. Why because the question is intelligent and wonderful. Its worthwhile to answer it to whole SFI Community. Personalized message is like a message to give it to someone on telephone like talking to him/her face to face. The person receiving it is delighted when you address him/her by the first name. Who does not like his/her first name? I think everyone of us like it. When someone addresses us by first name, we feel younger and respected. Respect is all that we need and everyone deserves respect.

2. Just to say hello SFI affiliate is degrading the other person and mixing him/her among general SFI affiliates. I personally would not like to be addressed as SFI affiliate. I would rather like to be addressed as by my first name. Because I like my name. I feel honored and respected to be addressed by my first name.

3. There fore it is most important that you welcome your new PSA or CSA individually one after the other, however time consuming process it may be, But the results you would get would be beyond your expectation. You will certainly be able to create your best impression in your first letter itself.

4. Now onwards, you may revert to PSA Mailer or CSA Mailer where you are not able to address by name. But as you have already done that part; they won’t mind it, For addressing personally by name you can click on the link that says New PSA notification and looks somewhat like this:.https://www.sfimg.com/AffiliateSnapshot?sfiid=xxxxxxx. You will be able to send a message with an image and your photograph inserted on the right hand upper corner.

5. Next method to send a personalized messed is through PM. When you click on PM in the genealogy, a PM box with the photograph of your PSA/CSA will open, where you can send your personalized message.

Yes it is worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile.
Most of the time, when you send the welcome letter, the profile is not completed yet. But you can use whatever is available. Most of the time you can see what language the PSA has chosen as a Primary Language and the country s/he comes from.
It will be worthwhile to send him/her a welcome letter in his/her language if his/her language is not English. If maybe s/he comes from other countries where English is a second language, you can even ask what language s/he prefers since s/he comes from that country even if s/he chosen English as Primary Language.
This will help in breaking the ice, building a strong relationship and confirming that you are a real person not a machine.

Although, SFI provides drafts of welcome letters, which you can send to both new PSAs and CSAs, there is nothing wrong in writing your own personalised letters, as that is indeed a creative idea. However, for a team leader who is receiving scores or hundreds of new sign ups on a daily basis, this maybe a huge load to carry, for he or she will have to spend hours addressing each individual based on their profile. I think, in such a case, it would be wise to create a standard welcome letter, which you can easily address to anyone regardless of his or her profile. When the affiliates become active, they will often also become inquisitive and this will provide a platform for a one to one interaction based on their queries. SFI statistics show that only a fraction of new sign ups actually become active and on this basis you do not want to spend a lot of time welcoming each one based on their profile as that chance would come later when you know them well. Time is as much an investment as is money and therefore the time you save from this can be spent on even more advertising.

A profile is like an informal interview. If your PSA was serious about completing his/her profile sincerely, then this could be very valuable information in helping them attain their goals. It gives you the opportunity to be a mentor and coach to your newly found PSA.

What better than to receive a personal message. It is the same as getting a personal invite to your Team.

Think on this. I send you a welcome without giving anything of myself expecting you to do all that is required of you, of which you don't rightly know, you still a newbie.

Or i send you a Personal Welcome note, helping you along the way and telling you the best ways of attaining your goals, the best way of using your TC Credits to earn VP's, the best advertising, ETC.

My question to you is, which of the 2 outlined above would you prefer and which of the 2 would bring you more in as much as getting a strong motivated TEAM behind YOU.

It is absolutely worthwhile. In their affiliate profile, your PSA will state their previous experience, goals, desired earnings. You can achieve a lot with that prospect if you use information from their profile in a personalized welcome letter.

Use information about your PSA’s previous experience with advertising to recommend them ways they can schedule and organize their work, what tools and methods they should use.

Use information about your PSA’s goals to suggest adequate actions for their achievement. Where they want to live, what they want to drive, the type of house they want to live in. Look up for the costs of everything they wrote and estimate what amount of earnings they will have to achieve to be able to provide to themselves what they desire.

Use information about your PSA’s desired earnings to tell them how many worth in products they will have to sell monthly and how many EA2 members they will need in their downline.

The result of this should be a proper, trustworthy, warm and friendly letter that shows your PSA that you really care about their future. It will strengthen their trust and motivate them for further work.
