I think that no one knows the real answer to your question. There are things that you can influence them, and there are things that do not depend on you. It is important to distinguish between them. Our job is to help our PSAs to start this business. We can greatly facilitate them, to support them and to give them advice.
We can direct them to the job, explain what is duplication, help them to menage at the site. We can show them how to play games. Moreover, we can not give them a list of sites for advertising and show how it works. But we can not put ads instead them. We can not play games instead them. We can not do their job for them. And it should not do.
All we can do is to give all of yourself and be honest about the job. Everything else depends on them. Each of our PSAs has to decide whether he wants to hook and crying for his life and wants to do something and change it.

The best strategy is to motivate them to copy your work in SFI. With that, they will see that they can really trust you and that you want the best for them too. Be a good example, earn VP-explain them how you do it, organize well your marketing methods, consult with them often, help if needed. And the most important of all - Teach them how to acumulate new active members and treat them the same way as you did when they themselfs joined SFI.

How does the sponsor help the PSA or CSA to become a serious business builder? Well if the team leader is a serious builder then the best is to duplicate, or lead by example. However, as the affiliates have different financial capacities, they will not necessarily invest in as much money as the team leader but he or she should support them in investing their time wisely. That is helping them to start with free advertising ideas and then slowly make progress towards investing in their money. One learns to crawl before he or she starts walking and not the other way round. The methods of advertising are well documented in the SFI training material and the sponsor can help direct the affiliate to these pages if they cannot find them.

- Be transparent in telling them your own progress
- Update them of special offers like Spin & Win, when there is 10MRP per bid
- Remind them that speed of business also depends on the investment.
- Encourage them to purchase products and TCredits, which enables them participate in Precebenders auctions and play Eager Zebra games.
I've learned from my own experiences that it requires major negative drama to create major positive good in your life. To become the best that you can be your mind needs yes's and no's not maybes, confusion, or lack of direction. It needs to know where your actions are going to send you and an inner strength to say no to anything that will hinder you from getting there and to say to anything that will get you there even if that means standing alone.
Most people in this world say no to anything that requires building or strength. Yes going to gym's, yoga, pilates, etc is all promoted and home gyms as well, but that is nothing compared to what it could teach within yourself. If you allowed it too. I know it's taught that if you do it on the outside it'll automatically teach yourself within, but from my personal experience: that's a myth that's completely false. What's on the inside comes out. The more serious about yourself the more serious you will be about your business. Another perspective about serious business builders: not all of them are great teachers. Some require smart students for them to show the world their capabilities and intelligence. I'm one of those so I rely on quality not quantity. It is simple. Always be there for them, answer on their questions, communicate with them and alwys communicate. Lead them with your example and let them know that your success is their success and that their success is your success. Be always open and let them know true. Make avalible materials, notes and tips for them to read and say them to follow compesation plan because it is easier fo success.
