FACTORS INFLUENCING THE SALES OF ECAs::=

1. The speciality and necessity of the Products that are being sold eg. FMCG- Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

2. Availability and Stocking of the products to avoid delays in delivery.

3. Quality consciousness of products and services.

4. Delivery Time of the products i.e., perfect delivery at the shortest time.

5. After Sales & Service enquiries i.e., Customer Relationship Management.

6. Cost or Price competition i.e., ability to charge the lowest price to beat fellow competitors.

7. Highlight the advantages of buying from ECA vis a vis from local retail stores.

8. Anything else which you offer than can be of interest such as offers, rebates etc.


The total benefits in terms of Commission & VersaPoints should be quite attractive for everyone including your Team Members to decide favorably.

In addition to the above, what sort of support you will provide them to promote the products, will help them to analize the pros and cons & take a decision to stock and sell your products among your down-line team members.

Great question Ritu! but...at the same time a complex question. For many of us have more inactive affiliates than active affiliates.

First, do not limit yourself to just wanting to promote your ECA store products to just your downline.

You could also promote to your Connected ECAs and also to the World.

Here are my suggestions on promoting your ECA products to your downline.

I would suggest to you to "Teach Your Downline", "How to Advertise ECA's & TC Direct's Products". By you showing them, step by step, how to advertise your ECA products and other ECA & TC Direct products.

You will be enhancing their knowledge and also teaching them a way to increase their income stream, by promoting your ECA products & other ECA & TC Direct Products as well.

Advertising to the World.

See, when you promote other ECAs or TC Directs products, not only to you earn a commission, but you can also promote ALL products of a certain department.

Example: I am going to use a TC Direct product as my example.

Besides creating a website with ONLY your ECA products for sale, you can also promote your products in the Free Classified Ads.

When posting your products in the "For Sale" category, you are usually allowed one to three pictures. You could post your product's picture or another ECAs or TC Directs product's picture, but use the second link to advertise ALL of the products "For Sale" in the same department as your product.

By posting your own ECA product, but using the second link, you are giving your prospects more offers to consider for purchase.

If you use just your own products link, they will than have to click on another link within your ECA product's page to see all of your products. Which they might not see the link.

By offering a much larger selection, you are bettering your chances of a purchase, even if it is not your own product that one might purchase, you can still earn a commission for advertising other ECAs & TC Directs products.

Promote your products to your Connected ECAs.

"Teach Your Downline" to Connect with other ECAs. Show them step by step "How to Connect with ECA Members" and how they will get Updates on products or services that they are interested in, which they could advertise for commissions.

"Teach Your Downline", "How to become a ECA store owner, step by step, and what all of the benefits of becoming a ECA store owner will be. To help them get started they can promote their ECA products to other ECA store owners.

You can promote your products to all of the ECAs that you are Connected with by just making a post in your ECA page. Right next to where your products are listed, you will see a Box, with "Post News" above the Box.

Just type in the box about your latest product, or what product is coming soon, or your having a Sale on so many products. By doing this, you are promoting to all of the ECAs that you are connected with and this News Post which will be seen daily in your Connected ECAs Stream.

Also, you can send out a letter once a week, to all of your Connected ECAs by using the ECA Customer Mailer @ https://www.tripleclicks.com/ECA/CustomerMailer.php

Because we don't all have many active downline affiliates, the more we teach our active downlines and also learn ourselves, how to advertise to promote not only our own ECA products, but also other ECAs & TC Direct products, it can become a big win for all of us.

I think the easiest way would be to mention one of your products in your weekly email to your downline.
I would describe the product and it's benefits. Also state the price and whether or not it has free shipping. Also put the product link underneath, so they can quickly and easily check it out.

I use this method to promote TripleClicks products that I have personally purchased. I call it my Buy of the Week and mention it towards the end of my weekly email.

I do not have my own ECA store but I still want to earn commission on sales. The only way I can do this is to connect with ECA's and promote their products.

Invite your down line to connect with you. They want to earn money - so you can remind them about the commission they will earn when their efforts lead to a sale.

There is just one very important thing you have to keep in mind before you start connecting with them - can you deliver all over the world or just in your own country? If your down line lives in a different country than you and they advertise in their own country you have to be able to deliver to that country. If you sell electronic products the location does not matter of course.

Your greatest motivation is MONEY - that is why we are here, isn't it? If they can make money it is already motivation enough. They might just need a reminder that they can make money selling your products.

I do not have my own ECA store but I still want to earn commission on sales. The only way I can do this is to connect with ECA's and promote their products.

Do they trust you? Have you developed trust in your team? Trust is important so they'll know that what you are promoting is for the good of the team, and not just yourself.

Now when you promote your ECA, don't just get them to buy your products or sell your products to others. Also promote to them the benefits of becoming ECA themselves. You can say something like:

"This is my ECA link. Please take some time to browse through to see if anything catches your eye. See something that your friends might need? Send them this link but don't forget to put your SFI ID in it so that you will be credited with commissions on any sales. Want to have a store of your own? Why not become an ECA yourself? The benefits are........." and so on.

Don't do this too often though, then it would really seem like you are only promoting your ECA store for yourself. Intersperse your communications with them on other aspects and benefits of SFI, or tips to succeed with SFI, etc.

On each ECA page there are two areas that would be of interest to someone wishing promote either a single product or the entire contents of the individual store.

At the bottom of each ECA home page there is a blue box entitled “SFI Info Box.” Here you will find a link to promote this ECA as well as information for you about your TripleClicks account.

Also if you are interested on promoting an individual product there is a tab on each product page called “SFI Affiliates.” This area will show links to promote the product, all of the ECA’s products as well as the entire department of products.

That said, I personally would not pressure my downline to actively promote anything on my store. I simply include the store link in my signature whenever I contact them through email, the Genealogy mailer or the Gift Card mailer. I also encourage them to start their own store, using my own as an example.

Factor No. 9 indicated above is very very important for any one to take a decision.

Conclusion:

1. If you can provide positive. clear and concrete answers for the above, surely Members will be interested to purchase the products from your ECA.

The Economic Commerce Associate (ECA) program allows merchants all over the world to market their products and services alongside that of TripleClicks direct products from their own, separate TripleClicks "TConnect" Website. This programs give SFI affiliates another stream of income. Making your downline to sell products from your ECA store and/or buy from them requires both education and promotion.

Firstly, you need to educate your downline about the ECA program. Many don't understand the program and its benefits. ECA program allows them to have a separate website within the larger TripleClicks to market a wide range of products and services and that the requirements are minimal. Thereafter, you need to promote your store to your downline by:

1. Introducing the store to all your downline. Do not assume because of your badge as Economic Commerce Associate every one of your downline immediately understand that. 2. Ensure you list quality products. You need to ensure you have a wonderful collection of products that would not be turn-off for your affiliates when they visit your store. 3. Promote your products to your downline. You have the special privilege of open line of communication to your downline. You can send them mails, ECA stream posts and your Leadership page. Announce new listing immediately. At the bottom of every post to them, you should include "Visit my store" with the link.

4. Advertise the peculiar features of your products. You should promote peculiar features of your products so that your downline can buy or even sell. Understanding the peculiarities of your products helps them in marketing it.

5. Sell at competitive price. For your downline to asociate with you, you must make them realize you have the best price for most of the common items you listed. This naturally makes your store the first point of call when they are shopping at TripleClicks.

That’s a very good question and I bet its better when you want to have strong team.
Your down lines and family are always the best to inform about your store in Tripleclicks store because they will be the first to advertise your ECA product as long as they derive the require satisfaction for buying the product.
To promote your ECA products to your PSAs you must have ensure they have connected with your store. Then
Ensure you have listed your items in your Team Leadership Page including Links that will take them directly to the products and your store.

For all affiliate in SFI it is very important to make at least EA per month to earn their share in the Executive Pool.

Therefore, encourage your down lines to buy products from your store or even make Standing Order to meet up with their EA status monthly. As making a Standing Order of 1500VP will attract 100AVP. You also must be a leader by example, make Standing Order as your SO status will be displayed now on your SFI home page.

Setup contest for your down line especially for Team Leaders, so they can meet their Team Leadership. Use this as an opportunity to market your products and also use your ECA products as Gifts for winners of the competition.
Give special bonuses for certain number of purchase such as “buy 2 and get 1 for free” and ensure you fulfil order earlier as in 2days - 1 week depending on the product and distance of shipping.

Always include this in your newsletter each time there is bonus for purchasing product at your store.

If you need them to sell your products just encourage them to market the products to their friend and family, and for every customer they refer to your ECA store that buys a product, there is a reward for them. You could choose to reward them with your product or other Tripleclicks product.
