Down lines to find Their 5 future PTL’s and teach them to duplicate
That process as a team till you reach 12 generation deep then come back
Build again as your comfort level wide to do the process over again.
In my opinion Proportional Distribution is the key to balance your growth
with in the Team members as you all grow together and help each other
To succeed.
Can you guarantee that nothing bad will happen to these 5 for as long as you live? Obviously we live from day to day in an uncertain world. If 5 future PTL's is good, what would 10, 20, or 100+ be?
We should never set our sights on the minimum. "Aim High" is not about climbing mole hills, it's about climbing mountains!
Set your goals high, then if you don't reach them you are still better than most!
Of course you have to go on, I think someone who will reach the rank:Diamond will wish to keep it not only for one month so:when you have 1500VP (salesVP) and five affiliates reach the rank PTL you become Diamond, but the possibility exists that these people not to arrive next month PTL,it is easy for each affiliate like in his first month to get PTL, investment is needed, but to assume that those affiliates will arrive to be PTL in their second month, it is impossible to maintain the rank of PTL , then it is less likely to get active PSA to reach EA2,(impossible again) BTL, STL.etc it is impossible for these new PTL to receive matching points from their active PSA in order to maintain the rank,because SFI does not allow to rate so quickly their sponsor,without rating no matching points; so an impossible situation again;so the person needs to continue to develop the first level , even if you have five PTL,PTL affiliates which are old affiliates in SFI and they become PTL and you got the rank of diamond one month but then a lot can happen, so that any bussiness must be continuously developed and bussiness in the SFI must be developed as well,for example you can have 4 old PSA who are PTL and you can get a new PSA who become PTL in his first month,so all the time you need to develop your first level .Probably,the perfect situation to be Diamond and maintain the rank monthly is to find 5 new PSA each month,very,very serious persons who can invest a little bit and become PTL,or have old PSA and get new PSA willing to become PTL,many possibilities,in this case it will be a marathon for you to keep the rank more than one month if you achive it.

I would because you never know when one or more will have something happen and they'll choose to set SFI aside. I always like to have a 'back-up plan' or as I tell my family "I don't like to be caught with my pants down" meaning I'd rather have 15-20 PTL's identified just in case.
On the other hand you know what you can handle and what works for you. Do what fits your lifestyle best. YOU need to be happy first!
Wow! You are doing well if you have already at the point of identifying your five future PTLs! Well done! To answer your question about developing first level stars, I would say it is a good idea to continue developing because you will keep growing your income. By continuing the process, you are also setting a good example for others to follow and this could keep them motivated to continue to grow their teams.
Yes I would not stop at 5 Future Platinum as per the Plan but rather keep reaching for the stars. The more people you have under you and led to success the bigger it will get. Make them believers and they too will make more believers and so on and so on, imagine how big it can get. I for one and I know you do too want it.

Well I guess this is really simple right if I have already identified my future Stars or PTLs as per the suggested plan I will definitely go all out to pursue promote and recruit and once new potential Gems or Diamonds are earmarked to work closely with then and support and mentor them and treat them as Real Business partners for Mutual benefits and success eventually as the World out there is our Oyster .
