I believe absolutely yes you should keep developing first-level stars.

Why would you want to stop? Do you stop putting money aside for your retirement when you believe you have enough, or keep saving to have a better life or gift some to friends & family?

If you are not comfortable looking supporting more than 5 of them yourself, reassign them to you 5 first-level PSA's so they can grow, & you reap the benefits too. That is what networking is all about - helping others to get ahead, while helping yourself to do so also. Pass that down to your PSA's & you will have an extremely strong team.

Yes, yes, and definitely, absolutely, yes! Just as you never stop bringing in new affiliates and sponsoring them, you never stop growing your team and adding new Platinum Team Leaders (PTLs) to your front line. The reason is that some affiliates may become inactive or drop out or something might happen to affiliates (some unfortunate thing). So you keep, "loading your wagon," and encouraging your hard-working affiliates and helping your team to gain those stars as well.

I suppose you might want to retire, but why would you? SFI is so much fun that I don't think I would. So keep building and climbing and aiming higher and dreaming bigger dreams and encourage your affiliates to do the same, no matter what level of your Genealogy they are on; you will succeed.

Success in this business is based on duplication.
We need to lead by example.

As soon as you stop developing first level affiliates, chances are you're team will follow your example and will stop doing the same. This will lead to your five future PTLs stagnating their growth before they ever get there and you will end up back where you started from, looking for people to develop.

It seems it would be better to take the direct route, help your five continue to grow while at the same time developing new team members so you will end up with enough PTLs to become Double Diamond Team Leader (when that rank comes around).

Identifying five future PTLs is only the beginning of following The Plan. They are not yet PTLs, so we need to keep developing more first-level stars.

It is a long process and a very challenging one, but then it is also our goal to become PTL ourselves.

So while we keep developing and training more first-level stars to become PTLs, we keep sponsoring more PSAs to find more potential stars.

When the five PSAs we have identified as future PTLs eventually become PTLs, it's not the time to rest on our laurels. So we keep working.

A lot of things can happen during this time, and there is no guarantee all five will stay motivated even if they reach PTLs.

It's just the nature of the business. We need to continue to keep sponsoring, and searching for our next PTLs, and develope our business to 12 wide and 12 deep for security and financial independence.

If one already has five Platinum team leaders, then I do not think it is necessary for him or her to develop more PTL, unless one is not satisfied with his personal earning capacity or appetite for income. This grand thought or plan has to been provided by Mr. Gery Carson in the SFI/basics section or column - ultra simple three steps plan. Moreover quite recently about a fortnight ago, under the steps taken by the SFI in its incremental plan for development and refinement, it has introduced a new level called Diamond Team Leader and a grand PLAN has been provided to it like an annexure or addendum along-with some other changes like qualifying versapoints etc.

I see nothing wrong in developing more and more first class team leaders this is because once one has reached the highest level or pinnacle, he has nothing to do daily except just click some red buttons for versapoints. If one is engaged always in some challenging, constructive and developing work or task, he would not get bored, always remains fresh mentally and engrossed or fully immersed in the system, thus providing him a vocation or occupation for his entire life.

Apart from that he ensures that the growth or development is a constant feature showing upward curve not only in the SFI team but also in his entire personal life which he may exhibit to people around him proudly whenever situation or circumstances demand it.

It is good to keep developing more first-level stars.

There is no too much money if more stars are developed.

This program has only provided a workable template with which condiderable earning is based.
It is like a record which is subject to being beaten.

It help secure the stability of the team in case of storms of life for any that becomes inactive suddenly. In other words, it's a back-up plan against all odds.

It is possible to have a dedicated downline who will need a re-assignment, for such instance, one will need extra star for replacement.

Also note that the future five is a conditional variable and not a fixed constant.

Exceed it and explode even before SFI's wealth ripe time.
Who knows, there might be future rewards for affiliates with more than five stars.

If you have five people so clearly succeeding on THE PLAN that you can be assured that they'll be Platinum Team Leaders, congratulations! That one aspect of your training is done. However, life continues to throw "curve balls," and so yes, there is a benefit in bringing in more affiliates, and not only bringing in affiliates, but also promoting TripleClicks itself.

After all, THE PLAN really only governs the creation of your sales and promotion network, and if your network is only really focused on recruiting and creating standing orders for their 1500VP bonus, that neglects all the great ECA Stores who need your help in building their businesses.

Second, THE PLAN, each person recruiting 5 PSAs and duplicating their skills is unsustainable. Consider that assuming you reach PTL and earn matching VP 12 level deep--assume you've duplicated *perfectly* with THE PLAN and so have each of your downline:

You also avoid attrition caused by day-to-day lives of your PSAs taking them away and forcing them to be inactive. Most importantly, effective promotion of TripleClicks and its ECAs brings you DIRECT COMMISSIONS with every sale and every customer who shops here regularly.

Developing PTLs does not ensure that you will be guaranteed their presence in SFI long term. There are many peripheral factors that you need to consider.

- ill health
- death
- inability to maintain PTL rank
- financial difficulties

These factors can prevent a PTL from achieving the minimum qualification requirements therefore you should have a continuous stream of affiliates who will keep your business active. Develop your PSAs and have certain targets to follow each month starting with EA2 and BTL and then work towards it.

The higher your rate of recruitment, the better the possibility that you will have downlines who will make you prosper. Do not stop at the 5 PTLs and become complacent. What happens if all 5 stop working then you will not only lose your earnings but will have to consider that you might be moving backwards instead of forwards.

Keep recruiting - the market is still untapped and there are many prospects who are waiting to be introduced into SFI-its that you have not found them yet so keep searching.....

I believe that, even if I have my 5 future PTL affiliates, as per the PLAN, as you ask, I personally would carry on developing new future leaders, and my reasons are twofold

1 You might have a PTL affiliate, and for some reason he /she stops working for health reasons, or family problems, or other reason, so you need in my view more than 5 PSA's as top leaders

2 If you have your 5 already in place, and manage to get say another 5, you can than re-assigning them to PSA's in your downline, that are working, and doing everything they can, but have not get any team leaders in their downline.

Also as our president Gery, says, the money is in the matching VP, so if you can develop team leaders, I think you can help yourself, as well as your PSA's by re-assignments, and this is why I say, by all means keep recruiting and developing Team Leaders

This is a very interesting and intriguing question. I admit that I haven't succeeded in developing that many leaders at the same time because they keep coming and going, but I strongly believe that if I had five identified PTLs, I would certainly try to do my best and find and help as many leaders as possible. Why? Well, I believe that any person who wants to make a success in this business should always try to do it following the Olympic motto - Citius - Altius - Fortius - meaning Faster - Higher - Stronger.
There is no limit, and there should be no limit in the number of PSAs who achieve their goal and become leaders themselves. PSAs who become Bronze Team Leaders usually stay in this business, they have their own ways and the only thing their sponsor should to is keep monitoring them. Occasional pieces of advice and praise when they confirm their status are usually everything their need from their sponsors. In that sense, why should a sponsor stop developing and expanding his or her business?
I admit that developing and maintaining numerous team is time-consuming. However, I think we should all follow the example of the founder of SFI - if Mr. Carson finds time to monitor his business, develop it, and to visit the forum regularly, we should do the same - be here and develop our business as well. Therefore, don't stop at five; don't stop at fifty-five. This may be the number of families saved from unemployment. And this is what makes our business so precious.
