Each banner is good. They should be used when you know the demographics of your prospects.
You can then pick out the most appropriate banner for that demographic.
You have banners of varying sizes for all aspects of SFI and TripleClicks.
Perhaps in your advertising you should be putting out several different banners to the same people, but the idea is to get them signed up when they see something they are interested in.

It is also important to use the key code on the other types of ads. Then the banners that are not getting any or little response you might consider changing to a different banner.
Of course this is not going to happened over night. Some might look at the banner and then think about it for some time before making a making up their mind to do something.

The type of banner you use will depend on the type of people you are trying to attract.
Obviously, if you are looking for ECA's you would not use a banner for 'recruiting' PSA's.
There is not right & wrong in my opinion.
Use what would attract you the most.
If it is not working, or having the desired results, change it, until you find one that does work for you.
I know this sounds like a bit of a bail-out of the questions, but different things work for different people.

All the banners are great for attracting PSA's. The important part is what is added with the banner. Just add a short paragraph telling a little something about SFI.
Remember to be honest and to the point.
Try different banners with different slogens, then go with the ones that are working. Spice up the ones that are not working so great. The banners will work great with a bit of personal touch to it.
Try different area's of marketing websites as well.
