I think, after having advertised and told so many people that it is FREE to join and they need not spend any money to build the business, I now tell them that and then add to it that they can choose to go the free way, but it is bloody and painful ...like trying to hammer a nail in the wall with your bare hands ...and the ultimate result may or may not ever happen.

However, if they choose to invest just a small amount each month, equivalent to a 1,500VP SO, then, their chances of achieving

I think none of us have the answer to that question. We are trying to develop our teams. We provide advertisements everywhere, some of us join friends and relatives, but there is no formula that will tell us which of our associates to be serious.
It is occurred to me that someone in whom I have placed my hope give up at the first obstacle. It is occurred to me that someone from whom I did not expect much, still works. It is occured to me that I good judge of associates. I've given

The simple answer to your question is..You can't". Affiliate marketing statistics show that only around 2 percent of those who join will go on to make a success of the business. That means there are only going to be 2 active affiliates in every 100 you recruit. If you just want to recruit the good ones you will run the risk if missing them. Better to recruit widely and work with the ones who show they are active. i.e they will be in your movers tab every day.

Don't give up on

Hello dear colleague,

Respectively, all of us would like to recruit and have in downline only serious people, but most of the time it's not possible. Within these kinds of marketing plans and types of earnings, really nice success is when You make no more than 3% of total affiliates active.

In calculation, on 3000 people joined to Your team, if up to 90 people are active, You had been succeed.

As really experienced manager in some other MLMs on the global market,

Hi Alvin Johnson!

To recruit serious affiliates below are some points you should tell your prospects about SFI!

1. Tellthem It in not get quick rich system. you need patience and need to do hard work.
2. Tell them they can earn commissions when there is sale made by them or from their Downline (i.e from PSA or CSA purchase) or from PRMS or ECA sales.
3. Tell them reading and learning is the key to success of SFI business.
4. Tell them some times they need some

Your second part of the question is more important as "What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?"
Obviously you cannot discourage signing ups.SFI is open to every one.How can we discriminate a serious or non-serious affiliate? How can any one guarantee an none-serious affiliate will remain in same state of mind throughout the life or vice versa? There is no process through which only SERIOUS affiliates are filtered to any sponsor,s credit.Let me say there is no formula

First and foremost, present an honest picture of what the business is all about. Way too often, people get wrapped up in promising great benefits without sharing the hard work that is involved. If people think that they are going to get easy money quickly, they will get frustrated and leave early because this is not about getting rich quick. Be sure to let them know that it is a real business, and that means real work has to be performed if real results are expected. Those who are serious about

If this is your goal, then you will have to ignore all the free advertising and the ECA's that sell PSAs. You will have to interact with each recruit before you give them the join link. That means that you will have to contact them before they join. This is a very difficult thing to do. You would have to have your advertising point them to a page that pre-qualified them. I would estimate that you would lose over 90% of the people that made it to the qualification page, which might not be a bad
