Hello, Alvin Johnson!
How are you my friend?
Yes, we all agree that high quality in recruiting is much more effective than mere quantity. Even if it is a numbers game, focusing in quantity will unlikely yield substantial progress.
Every team leader would prefer affiliates that sign up and hit the ground running, to come out as stars in the team, so to speak.
Quality focus requires a set of conditions to be successful.
In addition to the type of language to be used (what we should tell our prospects), we should also ask ourselves the following questions.
1. Where are we likely to find them?
2. What form of interaction can we have with them before we direct them to join SFI?
In other words, how thoroughly should we prepare them?
A. The Language
What I am personally using to motivate affiliates before they join or as soon as they join:
(a) Focus on long term goals and search for lasting success.
(b) Bring prospects to realistic expectations and avoiding dreams of overnight riches
(c) Promoting hard work, steadfastness and perseverance
(d) Emphasizing team work
B. Where to Search for Prospects willing to listen to the above language?
First and foremost: our warm markets.
At the very beginning, I stress to my new affiliates to approach their family members, their friends, their co-workers and their business relationships.
Not only will this help them acquire the knowledge of the business as they will have to explain it, it will also build their confidence.
Second: Building rapport and communications through blogs, social media groups and pages.
These are excellent tools to engage in educating prospects about the nature of online business and its requirements for long term vision, hard work and perseverance.
Good luck to you,
and to everybody else.
Aim High. Dream big.
