This is one question I worried about for quite some time.
Since returning to SFI the 3rd time I think I do qualify answering your query.
We sign up. Everything is new to us. We have questions, we contact our Sponsors, our Sponsor never responds. We go on on our own, and find there is no progress, or money. Maybe we get to or three enrolled, but they do not respond. Now this is very discouraging for any newcomer.
What I think we are really failing is our initial attempt to gain a new customer. I consider all Affiliates to be customers, we just need to know which customer we are reaching. Does this person want to sell or buy?
I have reached out to many online and offline. There are several reasons that keep us from full committing to this SFI business. We are all very busy already in most cases. I find asking the right questions immediate to this dilemma is apparent to motivation.
In the case of doing the To-Do list only it is felt that they find out early on that is where the points are, and this is what they concentrate on the most. If they are not responding how will they know anything different.
It is true those who are serious will go beyond the daily tasks, and discover more action points in learning this business.
From my own experiences I know I have done all it takes to keep my team members well informed.
What insures me the most is those who connect with me outside of my immediate team for support. This means those on my team are not paying attention to any of my Stream posts, They do not visit my Leadership blog, they do not see the SFI Forum posts, and they are not reading my badge display.
So what else is left to do?
Go to our Genealogy center and seek out the Movers and Workers, and drive more traffic!
Do not fret over them. They are not serious enough to be motivated on their own, so why waste time with them. Those who are serious will contact me without my convincing on their own regularly, and especially if the experience problems or tech issues. These are those who are doing rather well, and it shows after they return back doing this business.
Don't get me wrong. with just over 3 mouths into this SFI TripleClicks business opportunity, I only have 68 out 300 Affiliates who are most active, and 12 workers.
We just keep on filling the funnel my friends!
