For successful recruitment of new PSA on social networks. It is necessary to regularly advertising your website or blog. Also it takes a lot of will and perseverance and the results will come. Create a website that is attractive for new PSA, familiarize them with the business of our company.
First I go with warm recruiting. Family, friends, and associates. I made sure I was confident about my experience with SFI. Every time I received a share-it for winning a Daily Grand or T-credits, I posted on social media, Facebook and Twitter. I try to do this at least 3 times a week. When I received comments about what this was, I simply explained. Also, I've been commenting on the Triple clicks stores (ECA's) that I connect with. Or stores that I buy from and think my friends would like. I hope to get a lot of visitors from Facebook to view my favorite stores to satisfy their on-line shopping needs. The friend list on social media is like a domino effect, it travels so fast, and just a matter of time before everyone sees it. Kind of like a seed has been planted. I think social media is really the way to go. Those are all people who know and trust you and are more likely to take your advice.
