Down line is a team of different people, men, women, different culture, different country, and different languages as a medium of communications. This variation in the team is what makes the task more challenging.
Though communication is the only method that is available to us for managing the teams we should use it in all possible ways.
Based on this I would say, you as a leader can lead and manage your team by following different possible ways.
1. Lead and manage by instructions, tips, and guidance. :
This method will be useful particularly in cases when your affiliates are new and they need lot of inputs to first clear of the confusion they have in their mind about SFI and how to perform important actions on regular basis.
2. Lead and Manage by example :
When the New affiliates comes of his age meaning when he became EA followed by EA2 then the only method that will prove to be effective is to set self-example before him as a leader and guide him to follow in our own shoes. Meaning whatever you expect him to do first you should do it and then let him follow.
3. The third method :
Is to manage by motivation, recognition, and appreciation when he succeeds in doing steps you set before him as an example.
4. The fourth method :
Is to manage and lead all active, either PSA or CSA by setting benchmark goals for them and if possible running recognition awards and keeping your commitment in actually passing these recognition and rewards to the performers.
The communication is key in all above methods, and even more than communication seeing action goes through is more important as “Actions speaks louder than words.”
On Personalized attention since each one of us has sponsor, that way if every sponsor takes care of his PSA in a manner as explained above it will give each sponsor a enough space and time to provide personal attention which will go on reducing as active PSA learn the trade and will slowly established a grip over the teams activity under them.
