It is our duty to provide personal attention for every aspect. There are so many methods one can apply to manage his down line.
1.Through email conversation regularly one can manage and motivate regularly.
2.connect with telephonic call with the aspect it can be manageable.
3.Invite them into social media.
4.invite them into web blog one can manage a large active downline.
Hi Sharon, firstly if you have an active downline,i will say congratulations to you,you can see this as a plus,downline is divided into two groups PSAs and CSAs ,you can contact them through your genealogy team mail,or PSA mailer or look for the ones who is online with lighted tab ,when they are on line,and teach them what you do,help and support them,it aould be easy sailing for you once your downline are active ,all the best to you Sharon.

If u are able u can give them some gifts to motivate them more and more. Any help will be useful. Very simple answer be an original sponsor their PSA.
Meet them with the way business SFI. And then just follow their work. At the time they inform for omission and errors, and you will arrive PSA to success.Work with your PSA heart and provide them with all necessary assistance in order that they achieve their goals easier.
I will share my own opinion from other Company where I have large active downline. So, there is no need to by in personal contact with each of them, but only with those who are better than others.
So, implicating in SFI, if You will find out someone who is active only with daily VPs or making no more than 1500 VPs per month, You can include them in e.g. Group 1 who will receive only general newsletter with some proposals, advice and other things You will find out are good for progress.
In the "Group 2" You should enter people who are better than just those 1500 VPs. If You will see that someone is top enroller and/or making sales 1500 VPs and doing daily To-do lists, they will be someone who needs more attention than others. Try to make them feel a kind of special, that someone care about themselves, about their work.

This can be done with querying of the genealogy report. With that report output you can choose information about your down line that best suits your current objectives. Example, if you want to know who in your down line has logged-in within the last 10 days, you can set those perimeters within the Quick Filter tab. With that tab you should select logins within the last 10 days, at this point you can send out an email to that group of movers. Or if you want to send a personalized message, than you might want to use the eCard method after querying the report for the appropriate affiliate information.
