Wow, what a good position to be in. Every Team Leaders dream. But yes it can be daunting. I will suggest you do the following:

Choose your most active and successful PSA’s in your first line. ( If you have 5 you can do very well in SFI. If more even better, but with only 5 it already can be a full-time job.) Ask them if you can reassign some of your other PSA’s to them to sponsor them properly, especially if they don’t have a lot themselves. Then contact the PSA’s you want to reassign

Management, as far as your downline concerned, is to guide, assist and coordinate the efforts of your team members in order to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively, for the overall success of the team.

Managing the team holistically requires a different strategy from micro targeting or providing personalised attention to every member, so my opinion is set out below:

MANAGING A LARGE ACTIVE DOWNLINE

For “management” of your downline SFI has provided several powerful tools:

1. Genealogy
2. Movers list - which we also can say is an element of the Genealogy
3. Stream
4. Team Mail
5. Chat
6. Affiliate Manager : START/CONTACT/CHECKLIST/NOTES/ACTIVITY/UPLINE
7. TC Sales Report

Your question addresses only a large, active downline but allow me to expand it to other categories as well.

For addressing inactive affiliates I mostly use

"How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?"

Thank you for this fantastic question.

What I found out that works for me is checking out my Genealogy on a daily basis.

1.There I choose to start sorting the list by "last login/dcs" quick filter.

From that point on I choose to continue funneling down to additional quick filters such as

2. "birthday" or

Sharon Early, my friend, how are you?

If you have a large active downline, congratulation!

That is what we all are working to achieve.

How to manage it with a personal touch?

First Invest time on your time. That active downline is worth its weight in gold. It is our primary goal to build such a large active SFI team. When we have one we can spend much of our time to keep it as it is.

Hi there

The day I have a large active team the 1st thing I will do is the happy dance.

Serious now. I do not have a large active team yet but I know where there is a will their will be a way. My team went from one active affiliate to 5 active members very quickly and I had to adjust - but it was not that hard.

1. Make sure your weekly letter to your entire team is QUALITY. Use it to teach them
what you want them to do. You movers will also see this

Take a good look at your team. Separate out the movers from the moderately actives and the in-actives. From the actives list, who are the ones you have established rapport with? These will be your leaders, even if some of them are several generations down.

Distribute through reassignment all of the rest of the active PSAs to these leaders. Remember that an affiliate can only be reassigned once, so if your PSA is in blue on your genealogy, you can not reassign him. Do this with great planning.

Hi Sharon,

I guess it all depends on what you call "large". Someone might think 12 team members are enough; someone else might have a team of 100 and say it's a small house party. Let's go with 50.

I have a couple of things in my favour: I work on my trusted smartphone plus I get up early (4 a.m., sometimes 3:30 a.m.) even when I go to bed late. My time, Eastern Time, ET, is just 1 hour ahead of SFI's CT time, 10.5 hours behind India, 3 hours ahead of Western Canada

To manage a large and active downline, you need to:

1. Master the use of Genealogy Report. Genealogy report offers you the tool to manage a large active downline. It has 10 tabs you can use for sorting e.g Basic, VersaPoint, Sales etc. It has Filters to pull up subset of your downline e.g SFI ID, Sponsor ID, Versapoint (Total), VersaPoint (This Month) etc. There are also Secondary Filters and Quick Filters you can use to segment your downline into groups for appraisals, monitoring and

I contact all new affiliates as soon as I see a new person in my downline. I use the e-cards, first and send them an alert about SFI having a translation button, also I send the e-card in their language, if they provide which language their speak.

I than follow new affiliates with a series of e-mails, and the ones that contact me with queries, I reply within 24 hours.

I follow all the " workers" using the genealogy menu, as well the Movers Tab, and send this particular
