There are several official languages are simultaneously in several countries of the world ( English, Spanish, Russian, Arabic , French, German , etc. ) . So can build international teams with citizens from different countries speaking the same language , but do not know what advantage could , for business idea is the same , namely: one must spend ( to buy from TripleClicks ) for others to raise their commissions ( gains ) .
So my answer is that the official is better to build your team internationalized

Hello.

In fact it's a very good question.

Most people try to push the limits of our work, only a few were able.
It is much better to work with people in your area of the country.
In this way usually has a much greater success.

Try on all the ways to get people from all over the world.
Nothing compares to no cost, but it can work.
And that they be saving at the last minute

Good luck in the work.
See you at the top.

It is best to build a team within your speaking, at least to begin with, because it is one of the easiest ways to communicate with its members, fast and better explain and teach their members.
While in the later period, we decide and with the expansion of its territory to other regions.
The moment when we feel that we have perfected the starting point, we start with members from different parts if the language is not a barrier.
Charm of this work is reflected in the diversity of

Thank you for your excellent question!
I'm a long time thought about it, mostly I had a PSA with his speaking, but I think now it does not matter where a member of your team, it is important that he wanted to work.
Communication with everyone is great, as if they were all with your speaking.
It is important that you believe that you are constantly in touch with each, to be a true example of your article, you got what and what to learn, that it bodris in all possible ways.

Hello
Is it better to build a team within your own spoken language and environment ... or go beyond these boundaries?
For starters it is best to build a team in the country. When on its territory manage to build a good team, in which everyone will work, communicate, and when you go to a level more and be more successful will then switch on the side of the pitch. Then start building a team on foreign soil and communications will always be able to achieve because anything is possible at the

Not knowing the language can sometimes be a barrier in communication when we talk about building a team , if the barrier does not exist , it is important to work in a team where there is interest and members .
Communication is a basic requirement to build a quality team .
I hope this answer helpful

Hello Marija,

In the past I've tried using the "Google translate" talk to PASs who don't speak English!
But the only problem with that it can only use short sentences! There by some time getting what you want to get across meaningless!
But do try it maybe you will have more success?

Hi Marija,

For myself, I prefer to have my team members speak/write English. I can speak two other languages, though I'm fluent, but English is my mother tongue. I feel more comfortable speaking English and I'm better at it.

In my team I have team members who signed up in foreign print, probably on a foreign language keyboard. I don't recognize the print, the language, so I can't translate their names or communicate with them. Still, I send them mail, hoping they will understand

I personally feel that it is best to go beyond those boundaries, however, if you are new to marketing and are not very confident or skilled in teaching people the ways of the program, stick with local. Once you have successfully trained a few people, then I would encourage global involvement. Being a Team Leader can be a very demanding job, and it is an added challenge if you are not fully versed in the ways of SFI if you are trying to communicate with people that don't speak your language.
