Hi Marija - very interesting question my friend

Personally, I would say go beyond those boundaries. You really limit yourself when considering only local communities, although it proves much more convenient when organizing physical meetings and so forth. If language is a problem for you, do not be concerned. Nearly every site or facility allows for "translation". The world is really accessible to everybody these days and opportunities that did not exist even 10 years ago, is

Hello All,..

The downside of building in your own language / environment is that you are "selling yourself short" ( when your native language is NOT English )

I believe the biggest part of the internet evolves around the English language so I would suggest using that..

OF COURSE you should also try to enroll your own environment and your native speaking people but you should never limit yourself to JUST those people.

This is a good question. There are two valid points to back my answer to your question.

First, SFI is a opportunity that extends around the globe. You have affiliates joining daily from countries around the world. Your language and environment is just a piece of that pie.

This leads to my second point. When trying to aim high and think big you don't want to bound oneself by limitations. Meaning, don't limit your scope to just your country or location as that will limit

Indeed a fair question...

Having travelled all over the world and experienced many different cultures. In my opinion it is better to try and have 'familiars' on your team. Which is someone who you can and do communicate easily and clearly with, but that is native to another country.

This is a great way to 'spread the cheese whiz' and if you are able to lead these familiar into success or at least a glimpse of it.. then they will do the multi level work and maintain that downline

If you are thinking to do a life time business with SFI then you have to break your boundaries by yourself or by your down line, one day.
It is better for any one to start the business with the local and known people, but as I told- you must not to worry about boundaries as too much translation software are available on the net, so you will not face any language problem at all.
Remember that Business always called as Business every where in the world. If you are working with some one from

While I think it is far better to build a team within your spoken language I don't believe the environment needs to be a major concern.

That said we are working in an international environment when we use the internet so I would not exclude anyone on language basis. You may have to work harder when working with other languages to put emails etc through the language converter. It is an unfortunate fact that this works better in some languages than others.

The world is your oyster

Dear Friend,

In today's world and heavy usage of internet, it is always recommended to build a team beyond the boundaries.

Team members work in increasingly diverse environments: in terms of age (there are more older workers), gender (there are more women), race (there are more people of color), language (there are more languages spoken), and nationality (there are more immigrants). Beyond these differences, there are also deeper cultural differences that influence the way conflict

This is an international business and I would recommend against restricting yourself building a team with only those who speak your language. English is the language that SFI uses and this is an international language that is used and taught throughout the world. It is a second language for a lot of people.
I would say that at the begining while you are building your team, recruit far and wide throughout the world. As your team grows and leaders emerge, have a look at where those leaders

Working with your team will require communication and you can communicate with those you understand and trust best. So face-to-face marketing will be most useful in this area. However, you can build rapport with an international team. As the LaunchPad Lesson Day 5 - Borderless is Beautiful, the more the merrier. Yet, an international team has its challenges.

Therefore, I do recommend that everyone works with a local group of sure fire winners. It will empower you and them to have

I thought I just answered this question, but here goes.

Spoken language, and environment are like to having eyes and ears. They are both part of your body. Same with SFI. If you allow language and environment to stop you from working your business are you truly interested? Entrepreneurship isn't easy. It IS boring, repetitious consistent daily job. Maybe those are just excuses you create because you don't enjoy boring, repetition, or consistency although where there is a will there is
