As a team leader I would try to maintain and use simple and direct language in entire communications with all the up-line and down-line members, thereby resulting in an easy grasp or understanding of the intended meaning or message possible for all of them. Such usage of language does not ever creates or poses a difference in the culture of people worldwide. Apart from that I would try not to bring in the differences that may exist in between the entire tam members like religion, culture, custom

The best way to approach this is to try and find Team Leaders in the cultures and languages that you are working or have affiliates in. With regards to time zones as a team leader you sometimes have to put yourself out a bit.

As most of our work is done via email the time zones do not effect us too much, but if you want contact via telephone, Skype or IM then it will be up to you to get a time agreeable to both of you.

In the past I have been up at 3am to speak to people I

The best part about the internet is that it comes with its own culture. In the internet culture, there are no time zones and language barriers as long as you have software that translates the web pages into your native language. For this reason, the internet makes it easier to manage your team because the playing field is leveled when you send out team mail and information. The issue I could see is the ability to chat or call on the phone because you would have to coordinate a time to call and

Regards,

My personal experience in the creation of a team is the following:

- Different cultures and time zones are a great asset of our business, because while some sleep in the other countries are doing. our working time is then 24 hours.

- To our members learn step by step how to do it in SFI, so we are with them, we learn step by step on their habits and way of thinking ..

- Only in the beginning looks like a problem time zones and cultures ..... later

Hi my dear friend! I think culture and timezones has nothing to do with this SFI business. If that the case, no international business will ever function.SFI business is easy to manage internationally because, we all use mostly Internet which can be managed every where and any time. SFI has all the international languages that every one can get the message through own language. Most People actually speaks English. If you want to contact your international Team by telephon, arrange with them when

Good question .
So far I have not ever felt the touch in terms of my relationship with affiliates due to the time difference . Is it right for me in that they are co -sponsor I always called with advice and exhortations to intensify its activities in SFI . This is the core of our business.
Your question caused me a shock in terms of cultural issues . Until this moment I thought that trade is typical of the entire population of the planet , and no matter the cultural sphere . But it is

It's important to speak to people in their own language, and that means composing messages appropriate to this: Leave out any idioms, metaphors, and other figures of speech because they may not translate well, especially not through your typical automated translation tool! That's of primary importance.

As for time zones, well, you know when you're awake, and if you've made good contacts with your team members, you can find out when *they* are awake. Then it's just a matter of staying

We can manage our team despite different cultures and timezones by simple monitoring them. We have all the tools needed to keep our communication open with our team. Everyday we check our movers to evaluate what action we need to do to get the attention of our team. No cultures and timezones can hinder us to achieve progress, if all of us are serious about running this kind of business.

How do I manage my team with so many cultures and time zones?

Well Skype is out.Who has time to just chatter?

My welcome message reminds everyone to use the translator located
on the bottom right of all pages in SFI.

I just relax and send my messages in my Native English.I remind them
to use the translator if it is easier for them.
