Fear of Success is as real as Fear of Failure. Success brings one into limelight and places a lot of responsibilities on ones shoulders. It's such responsibilities that cause the fear.

Success in SFI is the acquisition of a good and vibrate team; that gives a huge earning power to the successful sponsor.

Most people who are afraid of success are like that because they already sense the responsibility that comes with being successful which they might not be able to successfully handle.

To move the members of your team past that stage, you need to lead by example. You need to encourage them. A simple reminder that since you can do, they too can do it, might just do the trick for you.

I would say that it isn't just a matter of getting past this with Your team members, indeed, it is a matter of getting past this " fear of success" concept altogether.
So, let's look at where this idea: " fear of success" originates from. Are You aware of this concept of ' loss of Mastery ', which is taught by many of the world's religions, and embraced by many of the world's educational institutions, and governments , and " sciences " that make "laws"

fear of success is like fear of life it either is inherent or learnt, we have to show duplication in steps; slow steps and precise steps, people need to know that someone else took the risks before them and succeeded. You must gain their trust that you went through the steps to succeed because you wanted to share it with them, and the only price they have to pay is the time they invest in learning how to take those steps from you.

Network marketing business was in the years 1977-1985
Many have lost a lot of money
In schools teach economics that network marketing is scheme financial pyramid
When someone enters the SFI - look SFI is associated with the financial pyramid and immediately flees

Hello Thier,
This Fear of Success is only a mojor problem if your team members will not share their problems about thier acheiving goals every month.
Even leaders are trying to connect,send mails to them but they still remain keep quite.
It should be the members and the leaders have tight communication to avoid failures.

Thank you i would break it down this way there will be time when people of all have fear expecial in divirting in any thing going to pose a challenge for them in being so as working with our team members sit with them on a one to one and talk about the values of being sucessful and that will make them more comfortable and have more confident and motivate themslef in what they are doing or about to do.hope this being helpful good luck.

First and foremost, I suggest you find out from your team what they want in life. Then, tell them how SFI can help them with those goals. Then, ask them what they think they could do to make SFI work for them, and once you've gotten their answers, tell them yes that plan would work, or how they could tweak it. Once a clear path has been laid out, any one with the will and determination can succeed.
