A very important question you have raised. First of all this question has to be raised to the admin and not to the Ask SC.
Can you please first Define what is work the business despite all its advantages??
I seriously could not understand the replies you are getting for this particular question. The replies are all one sided that too on the admin side and not on the point of view of a PSA or CSA or a Team Leader.
First we have to put ourselves in others shoes, then only we can understand why it is difficult to convince our PSAs and CSAs to work.
Let me try to answer or define your question. My point of view will be like a bitter medicine for many to understand or digest, but it is the fact which we all have to digest.
First of all you are a BTL for quite long time with SFI and obviously you must know the reasons why it is difficult to convince. The sad part is no one comes in front to address the difficulties and its solutions.
We all belong to different countries and we have different time zones and different culture, different environment, and the working pattern differs from one country to other.
As an Indian you must know why it is difficult in your region to make them active. All the answers you got here sing a single same old song of own business and investing money or time. As India is the top country and has many active affiliates as well as in active affiliates too.
Indians work to their own pattern and in my home work I found that.
How many Indians buy the said 125 Credits every month? We can say them to use it for playing games or bidding or to buy from the stores, But for my knowledge many has no time to play the games nor sit patiently in bidding too ,even if they bid for feature products they don’t get them into India due to the government rules and regulations. How long can we force them to buy the 125 t credits?
You can see only a very few members of your country play games or Bid in auctions that is not even 5% of the active affiliates.
How many will buy the items repeatedly which has no use for them and due to new policies they cannot buy anything from local merchants using MRP or Credits.
We can easily say promote the TC products again here comes what is the use of promoting when there are no buyers at all. So how will our affiliates make money? Just by clicking daily to do actions and earning points and how long can we convince them without any income just to buy 125 SO in order to retain their position?
A simple solution to this is SFI has to allow more local pay ECAs and they have to sell the products which is basics and very important for the family, for example GROCERIES. Every family has to buy groceries every month and that can be promoted by our PSAs and CSAs where they can earn the required sales points, refer more PRMs too. And this basic needs sale has to be allowed through exchange of MRP or Credits,So that the investing affiliate will be satisfied that the money they invest get returns in form of Grocery and they retain their position with SFI, SFI will get its 15% commission with the ECA everything is clubbed.
This is in the hands of Admin to bring changes and the admin has to understand the active working method of each and every country of its members and do the needful.
For sure we can easily convince our down line and keep them active if we work in such a way all have to benefit, if not we will only get members who work till their free points and stay inactive.
Mr.Gery Carson has to think and design a module accordingly which works for India and obviously to other countries too.
So my conclusion is that everything lies in the hands of the admin of SFI and even after bringing changes still if PSAs and CSAs not working then we should take it as that they are not serious in their business and should not bother about them.
