That is a question that I DO NOT worry about....SFI has given the CSAs/PSAs a way to receive our messages, I leave that to SFI.

That being said, however, there are programs on the internet that will let you know if your message has been read.

I sent 3 messages to someone at SFI and they claimed they never saw them, when my software told me the exact time they opened my message and read it and where they were located....soooo, there is a way to find out if they got the message.

I can tell you how I do it. I send my initial welcome letter to the affiliate's e-mail address. If it is not delivered you get a delivery failure notice - then I make a note on their profile that the e-mail does not work. For these team members I then just send team mails through genealogy. Not much else you can do - unless you happen to log in while they are online.

For those affiliates who's e-mails go through without me getting a delivery failure notice I can then assume with relative

Well, if you send email messages directly through the Genealogy, there is no guaranteed method for tracking whether they were opened.

However, there is a simple strategy I sometimes employ: If you use chrome browser, you should search Google store for the "Sidekick" add on by Hubspot. Its a very handy chrome extension that can help you track email opens.

This means you'll have to send them emails directly from your email client like gmail, outlook etc; else you won't

The first thing I would do to make sure my CSAs and PSAS are receiving my email messages is to check the email address provided in their Affiliate Snapshot Profile.

I would also check my Genealogy to see if there is a green envelop icon alongside their names.

When sending messages, I would request a feedback or comment. If I am running a team contest, or whatever team activities that need input from my CSAs and PSAs, I would leave a question, or ask for their comments and suggestions.

Hi Sakir,

When you receive a new PSA, they will automatically receive your New PSA Greeting, which you create here:
https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting

You can also send an ecard when you receive a notification of a new PSA or CSA. I find the ecards very effective.

In your PSA Greeting/Ecard, after introducing yourself, explain to them that they can begin collecting VersaPoints by doing the Getting Started Actions, and direct them to their To-Do

The CSA and Genealogy Mailing system in SFI are very neat and smart.
When you mail using CSA or Genealogy system them you will find a
preview mail in your own mailbox which ensures that your CSA affiliates
have also got your mail.

Anyway you can also see the progress through the Genealogy Panel and figure out
if your mails are affecting on their motivation or not. If you find that some
of your CSA affiliate have made some VP in their portfolio then you can assume

In the Genealogy tab under Hot Spots there is a link for sending team mails to PSAs & CSAs. Whatever big is the size of team and whatever may be numbers of PSAs & CSAs, with one mail the team leader can send a common important message to all his/her team members. Before sending the mail a preview option appears. In this preview option the sender can see the overview of message being sent to his/her team members.

Just below the preview button, send option appears. By clicking on

Good question. I understand the intent is to ensure our downline receive all our communication that is important for our business.

More that to ensure our PSAs & CSAs receive, we need to ensure email ID provided are still active per my opinion.

You need to first do below steps:-

Go to Hot Spots -> Genealogy

Once you get the full list of active PSAs and CSAs, see bottom of the page where you can download PSAs list and CSAs list separately in excel

In order to ensure your CSA's and PSA's are receiving your messages, its important to relate to each and every one of them in your group mailings. Occasional direct emails to follow up on their progress within SFI on an as needed basis should also be utilized.

Checking your movers tab, and encouraging your affiliates on a regular basis for daily log ins, and assisting them with how to progress to EA2 and above should be regularly perused.

There is no one secret, just attempt

-First of all, if you are friends with them on facebook or any other social network you should ask them directly.
-If this is not the case, click on the tab 'Power Tools' and there you can see three options of sending messages: PSA, CSA and Genealogy mailer.
-If they don't respond to these, go to your sfi inbox and send a direct message.
-Don't depend on sending emails because nowadays many people don't use email as the main source of communication, and they rather like to use sending
