If you have your own website or blog, set up a pop3 e-mail account like [email protected] .

Send a personal welcome e-mail from that address when a PSA Joins. If they gave a good e-mail address you will not get a report back but if you get a bounce report the e-mail address was invalid.

Using your own domain name and self hosted e-mail account looks more professional and is less apt to run into delivery issues because of SPAM filters etc.. SFI send millions of e-mails

This question has also been asked and answered before at ASK SC, namely: How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages? Top Authors were Gliceria Pritchard, Ronilo Saguit and Janet Smith.

Most authors then and now are unanimous about the answer.
1. After sending an email, check your inbox for an undelivered email message.
2. After sending emails, check your sent messages folder for sent messages that still appear bold. They are not opened

Great question John.

You may never know due to the many styles of email out there. I have just discovered recently that Gmail places many of the emails into categories even when I have I have whitelisted them. If you do not go into these files regularly, you will not get the email.

Your best bet is to educate your team of this when they join and do some education intermittently.

1) New affiliates are excited and hungry for knowledge when they join. Your leadership

Many of us complain that our team members do not reply to our e-mails or do not act on the e-mail we send, but one of the reasons this may be the case is because they do not even receive them. However, you need to ensure they at least receive the mails by following the steps:

1. You can e-mail your team members who joined SFI after August 30, 2011 without any condition or problem, however, those that joined before then need to confirm their registration before you can e-mail them. You

"What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?"

Thanks for this question. In fact, this question appeared in different avtars in
Ask SC in the recent past.

One definite answer emerged was: You can do nothing to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages.

This was based on:

1. When you make use of SFI Group Mailer System it confirms that your mail is sent
to so many

To be honest about your question on how to make sure your CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates and PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) are receiving your email messages? I would have to state that there is no good way to do that through SFI.

If you are talking about when you send a true “email” to the address they have supplied to SFI then the only way to tell is to send an email from your personal email account. I have done this on quit a few of my down-line affiliates

SFI has a great facility to make sure that your CSAs and PSAs receive your email messages.

In the Genealogy page you can not only send messages to your PSA and CSA but you can also send to the right and selected audience using the sorting and filtering facility. You need to master this sorting and filtering facility, its one of the best I ever seen use in a website.

Once you get the right audience or receiver of your message you just click on the team mail and it will be delivered

You cannot guarantee that your PSA's or CSA's will receive your email messages. Even if your email messages arrive they may not be opened or they may go into the spam folder and never found.

There are things you can do. You can ensure you communicate with them in as many ways as possible. The most popular way is by sending emails using the team mailers.

In your welcome letter you want to them encourage them to whitlelist these addresses:

There are two ways to verify that emails are getting through that come to mind.

1.) Automated email Return Receipt.
a) Create a database in your email client outside of the SFI system.
b) Send the email with a return receipt requested tag attached.
c) When the email is opened, their email client will prompt them to authorize the sending of a return email to you which confirms that the email was opened.
d) If they allow it, an email will come to you that confirms receipt.

2.)
