Hi Erica,
1. Boosting & maintaining the momentum is an interesting challenge in SFI.
2. A few tips given below:-
i) Maintain regular correspondence either through group or individual mails every ten days.
ii) Ask your down line to carry out those tasks only which you have already done; lead by example!
iii). Always use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. while addressing issues in your correspondence.
iv). Avoid criticizing your PSAs/CSAs but rather tender advice as & when required..
v). Mind your tone of your correspondence. Ensure no harsh words are used. Be polite, understanding & tolerant in all your mails to your down line.
vi). Always appreciate your affiliate's contribution; at the same time you may advise him where he should pay more attention.
vii). Never be aggressive or ‘pushy’; treat them as co-owners of your business.
viii). Let your down line know that you are always available for any guidance/tips to progress in the business.
ix). Train them to be more independent, only render them advice when they request.
x). Always appreciate the effort of each of your team members e.g for being consistent every month.
xi). Congratulate the winners of Easy Zebra games as & when any of your down line wins.
xii) Never give up any of your team members no matter what. Patient & persistence is the key!
xiii) Monitor the activities of your PSAs and CSAs from their Ledger; guide them with tips. xiv) xiv) Regularly update your blog and leadership page with encouraging words frequently; don’t fail to recognize the achievements of your sponsored affiliates in this leadership page .
xv) In order to maintain or boost the momentum in the group it is very important to ensure that your down line are made aware of their responsibility to be their own boss in making decisions; since they have all come with the intention to receive a second income and ensure a better standard of living.
xvi) You should encourage your down line to read SFI Basics, Rules for success and the 30 lessons in the Launchpad.
xvii) The importance of SFI weekly News should be highlighted in your weekly group mails. xviii)They should be asked to participate in the Forum, play Eager Zebra games, take part in Price blender Auctions and be a member of Triple Clicks Wave 3.
xix) To perform their daily, weekly & monthly tasks; rate 30 answers in ASK SC and obtain additional entries in the Daily Grand.
xx) Offer incentives to your team like
a) SFI Co-op, this allows you to pool up and share resources with your team members.
It is an excellent tool for team work.
b) SFI Affiliate Blog
c) Gift Certificate Distribution
d) T-credits ..
The above rewards will help your team members build their businesses. Their efforts will impact your bottom line as well.
