Maintaining or boosting momentum in your group will depend upon your own creativity and resourcefulness.

You are leading a team of different nationalities with different economic backgrounds, and the task of motivating and encouraging each one to put in more effort on building their SFI business can be very challenging and sometimes frustrating.

Check your Movers list, and note who is in it at all times, and who is actively sponsoring and duplicating and not missing a day in

Hi Erica,
1. Boosting & maintaining the momentum is an interesting challenge in SFI.
2. A few tips given below:-
i) Maintain regular correspondence either through group or individual mails every ten days.
ii) Ask your down line to carry out those tasks only which you have already done; lead by example!
iii). Always use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. while addressing issues in your correspondence.
iv). Avoid criticizing

Congratulations first of all for creating that momentum!!! I hope you can share in the forum how you created that momentum.

Now your your question is how to maintain or even increase that momentum.

My suggestion is you build from what you have already done to create that momentum. I don't know, probably you created a contest that attracted participation from your group, then build on that.

The key to maintain that momentum is keep those who participated wants for

This is a great question. I will attempt to provide for you a great answer.

Just keep fueling the fire!

The best way to boost momentum is direct communication with individual Affiliates.

It is not easy to gain this from new members, so we have to continue to stress the importance of constant contact using the many assets provided by SFI at our Affiliate Center.
Here we find the "Stream", CSA, PSA, and genealogy group mailers. Reminding our team members

It is necessary for all Team Leaders to learn the secrets to creating momentum and maintaining it within their groups.

In reality there really are no secrets to building momentum with your teammates. What you must understand is that not everyone will see what you are doing is any benefit to them. That is sad but it is the truth. In creating momentum we need to work with those who are motivated. The problem is what motivates one person will not necessarily novitiate

In order to maintain or to boost momentum in your group, you as the leader need to have a high profile within your group. You need to be their leader, to be their champion, their coach, someone who walks along with them helping them grow their businesses.

How?

Stay in regular contact with them, especially your workers, your movers. They will champion the cause themselves and will grow momentum within their own teams as well as examples to others.

Provide them with

As a team leader you have responsibility for your group. You can't just leave them like that. It's not what "awesome sponsors" do (read the SFI article about it).

Normally, you want to see your group growing and getting bigger every day.For that you need to maintain high motivation of your members.

How to achieve that?

First,be example.Looking at you your downline will probably act the same.If they notice that you have lack of motivation,it will

You can only maintain momentum in a group if you have a group of active affiliates!
If this is the case, then I'd suggest leading by example - what you'll like to see them do, start by doing them.

My co-sponsor is a genius at this; she usually goes out of her way to find the latest marketing trend, or the product where she made the most sale etc, and then shares all these information with us.

I suggest you start doing same (if you aren't already). There's no substitute

Maintaining traction and boosting momentum in your group is really the same here on the Internet as it is in Real Life. People need to feel like they belong and that they are getting something out of anything in which they are participating. There are three main actions you can take to assure this:

1) Elicit information: Know how they're doing, what they're doing, what they're interested in doing, and keep the lines of communication open. If they close, you will lose that momentum.

2)

The simple things we should be doing;

1) Lead by example.
2) Open all your line of communication. Within and outside SFI.
3) Keep in touch with your teammates, treat them with due respect, deal with them with
honesty. Put them above your own self.
4) Once trust is established, there will activities in your group.
5) Extend your support around the clock, as affiliates are from different countries around the
globe.
6) Show your appreciation
