1.use easy and simple word teach them how to duplicate work.

Genealogy is the best way to communicate with your team at a beginner level. It is free in SFI to use to send to all of your affiliates all the way down to what you can be paid for.

After you can afford it I highly recommend you to start a co-op for your team. S-Builder is great to help yourself, but your own co-op can extend to reaches of advertisement that S-Builder doesn't reach. Someone in your team may have ideas that you can try if the majority agrees and pass or fail it is tried

This means that every day you have to keep track of what your team member works or that it has finished all weekly and daily tasks. Hello!

I find the SFI Chat does not often work well. Unless your team member has the chime active they do not realize you are wishing to communicate with them. I send a team mail or email to them and request them to add me on Facebook. This works extremely well. The instant one on one messaging is great for helping them move ahead quickly. They can also get more of an idea about you because of your posts, photos, and likes on your page. This makes them feel like they are more then

What is the effective way to communicate with your team?

Hello.
There are many ways to communicate with your team, almost all are effectively work if your team members are active. When they are inactive,the best communication tool is call them on phone if available or else meet them personally and talk to them if you know them.

For inactive members, you can send E-cards, PSA,CSA mailer, forum, personal mails from various sites like Yahoo, G-mail, Skype etc.

This is very good question, In my opinion the best way to communicate with your team is to directly mail to them and also send CSA mailer and PSA mailer and check their geneology. If they not reply to you go find them on Facebook, twitter, gmail, chat rooms and Skype. If you cummunicate them with Skype they definitely trust you and start their work.

Since my team is spread out all over the world, the weekly communication through the SFI system is the best way for me. Email is also a good way to communicate because it saves money on international calls and it guarantees that I am not calling during a bad time. Unfortunately, the face to face method of contact is not ideal since it is physically impossible to meet with some of the members.

I would say the best way is to use the weekly team mails. You can also send them e cards when you see they have achieved a goal or won in an auction or game. Also when you see that they are signed in take the opportunity to say hello,maybe chat with them for a while from there you may want to exchange skype details phone numbers or even add them to social media sites that you may belong to.
