Communication is the key to business success. I would say the most effective way is to have direct contact by phone or meetings with your front level PSAs and the rest through emails. Guiding your team regularly by sending mails will motivate them and the mail should be short and sweet. One more option is to give messages through your STREAM which will be seen by your team as they do their daily actions. HOPE this helps.
All of the methods of communication are good actually buts since sfi is international company that attracts thousands of affiliates around the world I would prefer you stick with written communication.. Email, messenger, psa and csa mailer.. .etc...The reason why i say this is because I know you don't know alot of languages around world and I can tell you, i ussaully face the same problem myself but however heres what i do. I ussuall, write something in english first and then using google translate, I translate it to whatever language I want to use to talk to my affiliates depending the language information provide at their profile.

You'll be in charge of a large team, and after your success managing in SFI, your sponsor expects to see positive results within the first six months.
At the first join meeting with your new team, you describe your plan for the coming months. You want everyone working independently and innovating on their own, and you've promised success to your team if they perform well.
However, within the first month, you see that you're not going to get the results you expected. Your team doesn't seem very motivated, and, instead of taking the initiative and innovating, they continue to depend on you for instructions.
They also spend a great deal of time discussing the smaller details of each stage of understanding your plan or guidelines, instead of getting on with tasks educate them with more and more support or keep on encourage. Without any prior understanding of complete training, this can be challenging.
Keep focus we will....

The best way to communicate with your team's personal mail.
It is important to start to learn each of your active PSA, the system of work in the SFI.
Because later, when the team is bigger it is very difficult to correct mistakes of the past.
I because I practice a formula 5 by 5
When I learn the first 5 active PSA work, work, and how to interact with the structure go with five new PSA repeat the same procedure.
group mail, just send a motivation structure.
Good luck!

I believe that to communicate with your team would be with using team mail, with the help of the genealogy page because you break the criteria down to just about any circumstance that you may need.
Next would be chatting with your down line when they are logged on, because you can answer their questions while chatting.
Phone calls if you were multi-linguist.
Snail mail would defiantly out of the question these days
The most efficient way to communicate with your team next e mail is to post a group chat for those on the social network, for example facebooku.Tu all of your members to socialize and talk about the job and you will easily save instructions on what to who should offices.U same chat room you can praise members for his achievements as everyone will see and get the motivation to achieve the same result. To this way you will achieve the effect of familiarity with the team even when you is not here and someone needs help they always will find someone to offer advice and solution of current problems .good team is like a family.

I trust the most effective way must be the tangible, physical one. Instead of sending them a new newsletter, send them a freshly made and personalized with their picture and of course their ref link splash or a hosted squeeze page. Or give them a valuable promo code to some new advertising site, or some advertising credits.
Of course you want to do such things for your active refs, not for those who registered and forgot about it the very next day, for those keep on sending your newsletters ;-)

The most effective way to communicate with your team is by e-mailing your list of genealogy. They must be advised of the various products of SFI [Strong Future International]. Let them know how to go about gaining versapoints and the importance of versapoints. This communication must be on a regular basis and at least once a week. Do not refrain from answering any questions that them may have. Make them believe that they are part of the team.
Hello,
Answer to your question:
Effective way to communicate with your team in my opinion is definitely - team mail and facebook.
On facebook you can make your team group and help each other to be successful. In that way you and other team members post your experience, observations in that group and give support to each other.
Good luck!
