What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

Your first objective should be 5 developing 5 EA's minimum.

Next help them sponsor and develop 5 EA's minimum.

Sponsoring 10's or 100's of PSA's should be an simultaneous work. Because you never know how your EA's will behave after their 3rd or 4th month.

So, you should sponsor and develop as many EA's as possible.

Then decide by looking at your movers. Keep it an team activity.

I do not believe that you can separate these two issues.
In my limited experience you need to sponsor 100’s every year to get the few committed EA’s to join you.
If out of every hundred people you sponsor you get three active EA’s you are doing extremely well (and if you are I would dearly like to know the source of your PSA’s)

I think how many you sponsor should be according to your budget.

In the beginning of your first year,you are looking for your best five.
Mine changed several times for the first six months.

If I had it to do over,I would pay for 50 a week just the first two weeks.
That way there would be enough time to help them get to 1500 v.p. their
first month.

Hello Ryan,

The answer depends on how much time you can give to each and every sponsored PSA to reach EA and to teach them develop EAs themselves?

If you sponsor hundreds of PSAs every year are you going to give equal time to every one? Naturally not. You will give more time who is active and deserving, isn't it?

Don't you think if you sponsor a few PSAs and focus on all active out of those you sponsored who are deserving your attention to teach them to develop

It is certainly a better goal to teach a smaller numbers of affiliates to remain EAs every month and to teach others to be EAs than to sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year with enormous time and resources and most of who will turn out inactive anyway. In that wise, you can adopt what SFI calls a 3-step plan for success. Here is how it works:

1. You become an Executive Affiliate, EA and remain an EA every month.

Ask yourself, how many affiliates can you follow up a month, personally. I think it takes about 3 months to coach an affiliate to success. Each month it is less work and easier, but it takes time each of the three months.

Why three months. If well coached an affiliate will buy the New Members Pack and can make EA easily in his first month. But he may not be ready to place a Standing Order yet. In month two he can make EA again with minimal to no investment, if well coached.

If you read carefully through SFI lessons and everything you will find answer. Please understand that you need to start reading everything if you want to earn money online.

3 simple steps:

I think it is best to focus on quality in your sponsoring efforts however for every 100 affiliates you sponsor you can only expect 1%- 3% of these to remain active and become an EA2 or Team Leader.

First of all make sure that you are purchasing or receiving your PSAs from quality sources. If you are advertising be sure to write effective ads that are worded correctly and are presenting the opportunity realistically without false or overblown claims.
