I think as an action based strategy you should personally focus on promoting and marketing to find new PSA'S for yourself.
However i'd be just as happy having a top performing CSA in my group.
You have to understand that like most businesses SFI is basically a numbers game, basically if you can expose the opportunity to enough of the right type of people you will occasionally find a motivated affiliate, do this a few times over and before you know it you have a self growing business.
On the flip side, even though someone has signed up, often people are sometimes not ready right now or may have other options that they are confident will provide a vehicle to get their goals. When these people were exposed to SFI they obviously could see enough in the programme to at least join up rather than pass and most likely miss the opportunity. A good idea is always a good idea.
So in theory If we were lucky enough to go out and find 10 good people who became PSA'S Team Leaders and were ready willing and able to dedicated the effort to make SFI a residual wealth vehicle right now we would all be smiling and jumping for joy with money bulging out our pockets in a very short time frame.
Unfortunately though the chances of finding 10 people like that in succession is as likely as winning the lottery. Once you understand that even a go getting entrepreneur may not be ready for SFI right mow, (this doesn't mean that they never will be ready.) -you'll see the benefit of working with people who are thinking like you regardless of how much commission you receive. You will benefit and develop as a result of working in a team with good people and that is a pretty good recipe for success.
So in conclusion personally I would much rather have one go getting keen and active CSA over 10 PSA'S who may not be ready right now. Sure 15% commissions for a CSA is less than 45% but zero is less than both. Be grateful for having a person who is keen and active regardless of their rank. You'll benefit in the end many times over in both cases so long as you keep doing the basics and hang in there until success knocks on your door.
