Honestly, I can see why you can not access any part of SFI and TripleClicks websites if you yourself is an affiliate.
The only reasons why are limited to access are;
1. Poor Internet connection.
2. Using cellphone with limited capacity
3. You are only a PRM and only accessing Triple Clicks.
If you or your affiliates are only PRM's well the best way to build your SFI business is by being an ECA and sell items in TripleClicks.
As far as SFI affiliates part and you can not access your Affiliate Center because of the first two reasons, you can still build your SFI business by sending emails directly through their email address.
I would add, that building SFI Business does not depend on accessing our affiliate center. But on finding active affiliates, earning personal VP for rank and teaching and leading your active affiliates to do what you are doing (duplication)
Accessing our affiliate Center helped in duplication as you communicate and see their status but you can always use emails or chatting or skype to do duplication.
