but you have to be persistant in what ever you do in lfe in other to succide.
sending more and more messages to your PSAs and CSAs more offens create awareness and
motivation in other to equip them.
you should always encourrage then give then reason to be active in SFI.

To be quite honest the answer to your question is an emphatic NO!!!! and I am not been negative here, rather, trying to give you some positive advise. If these people have been inactive for this amount of time, you are wasting your time and effort which could be spent on doing other SFI activities.

I send a personal email to the given email address of my new PSAs and CSAs welcoming them and giving them a comprehensive and easy guide as to How to Get started and how to become a Fast Track

Never give up on anyone in your team. Id you notice inactivity try sending e-cards through SFI. They are free to send.

Sometimes just letting someone know you are there to help is all the motivation they need. They always have a chance to become active again so until they are officially removed from your genealogy, keep supporting them as a great sponsor.

I guess yes, cause that is what I have been doing up to now. You never know when you will be able to awaken their interest and one day will thank you that you have patiently given them correct information about SFI,it's benefits and how to earn from the comfort of their home.I always log in to SFI daily to shoiw by example and they will see through your
earned badges and Versa Points what you have accomplished and are still accomplishing. I say lead by example.

Yes, it is really worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs weekly if still you found them inactive for long time because by sending these emails, they may be become active sometime, however, if they will not, but you will still earn 30 Versa points each week by sending these emails. Therefore, there is no loss and there is still a hope of rejuvenating your slept PSAs or CSAs.

It depends on what you mean by emails. I would not send them emails direct from my personal email account. You should be sending supportive messages to ALL PSAs and CSAs at least once a week. The methods you would employ to accomplish this would be with the SFI PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer or Genealogy Mailer and E-Cards.

You never know when one of your inactive team members will open and read one of your messages and begin working as a result of what you had to say.

The reason some

It's definitely worth it to "keep them in the loop" by sending your team newsletter at least once a week.

Individual support however, should be reserved for those who are taking action.
Once a PSA/CSA starts logging in and "showing signs of life", then it would be a good idea to approach them individually and offer assistance in building their business.

Dear Julito,
Your question is really good.
In my opinion we all think about it sometimes.
Personally, I believe that it is necessary to send an email ti inactive members (PSA and CSA) from time to time as well.
It is supposed to be an email supporting them and encouraging them to start work.
Maybe, they are inactive because they did not figure out what they were suppose to do in beginning.
They might not understand the program.
They should know that they can always

Would you believe I came across SFI about 10 years ago?
I signed up, but back then there so many Pyramid schemes that I decided SFI was just another one of those.

Now I'm back.

I am an EA2 for the second month in a row and I look forward to building a nice income. If SFI was not a good business it would have fizzled out years ago.
Right now I have 29(?) PSA's and CSA's. Sad to say not very many are doing anything. But I send a weekly Team Mail to everyone

It is worth it to send a e-mail to see if it goes through if they have one.It is no extra effort on your part to send everyone a group mail,so do it.

I bought a gift certificate of $50 and sent each one $2 with a expiration of ten days. This
produced 3 new workers.I kept track where I left off.The money comes back if not used.

Once you are through this older list,do it each month with your inactive that just joined recently.
