It is very difficult to predict when inactive PSAs & CSAs will be charged. The team leader should send team mails to all team members whether inactive or active. Team leaders is suggested to communicate with PSAs/CSAs over phone if they are in the same country of the team leader.

By mailing every day the team leader should communicate the inactive PSAs/CSAs to know what are the issues faced by them. The leader has to explain the significance/power of this business. Not only that, the leader should make his affiliates understand multiple ways of promoting this business for more growth.

Sending E-card, Birthday card, anniversary card, don't quit card are the ways to motivate the inactive team members to draw them back to business.

Yes it worth it Julito. Remember SFI keeps their affiliate status at least for
A year before removed from the list, so why not support them as long
as they are on your Genealogy, they might come back one day. Some of them
also did. So never give up on them since you don’t know their present
circumstance why they are not active for the time being.

If you are using your CSA or PSA mailers then you can easily send to all of your affiliates no matter how inactive they have been.

You never know when you are going to write something that one of those inactive affiliates thinks is a good idea, and so you gain 1 more active affiliate.

If you don't include the inactive ones in your mailing then they are never going to change their opinion of SFI or you as a team leader as they are not seeing all that is available to them.

Always include all of your affiliates in your mailings.

I must agree it's sad when you see some of your PSAs or CSAs have 0 points and are inactive for a long period.


First,I must ask you:when you send e-mails,does it cost you something?No,it's free.Well,when it's say free,and when you're already sending emails to other members,why not to do it with all of them?Ofcourse,you should choose appropriate subjects whom to write what.


On the other hand,it is sure demotivating when you put effort in composing e-mails and then see that there's no expected result - they still remain inactive.Then it looks like you're just wasting your time and energy into them.The sad fact is that here are some members that just come to see what's this all about and leave after that,never to return again.And you'll need "superhuman" abilities to make them understand SFI.


So,make a balance between those.
For the inactive ones - write them regular e-mails in the beginning,see if it will work.If it doesn't work,then better leave them,and put your energy into those who seriously want to work here (work with workers).Don't "bomb" them with your e-mails,because it looks like when someone is pulling your arm to enter into some store you don't want to enter into.
However,don't forget them totally.From time to time (say,once a month or so) write them e-mail.See if the situation have changed.Maybe they changed their minds about great opportunities here.Write them about accomplishments you achieved here.For example,"I won auction for iPad for just 10 dollars" or "Today I received money order/check from SFI with a ... dollars on it", or something like that.


Hopefully,they'll become active after a while,and you'll have new leaders in your team ;)

Let me start by telling you about my own SFI beginning. I joined, did a few things and that was it - I did not log in again. I started getting e-mails from my sponsor. I would glance over the mails and delete it. One day something she said caught my eye and I logged in - I've been logging in every day since then and I have a badge for 180 days

So I am doing what my sponsor did - I keep on sending those mails and I keep on encouraging them and I had a few that logged in after one of my mails. They are not all that active yet - but the fact that they logged in proofed to me that they are receiving my mails and they are reading it

So I would say - keep on sending out group mails to them all but pay extra attention to your movers.

Hi Julito...the answer to your question, according to me, is YES!!!, absolutely.

I would say to give even more attention to those cases. I send inspirational quotes out (you will find thousands if you just Google "Inspirational quotes"). Not just inspiring others, but YOURSELF, always does much more GOOD than bad.

Those persons might indeed experience personal problems, financial difficulties, internet connection quality low, computer problem, health problems, etc...... maybe that inspirational message YOU send, is just the one they desperately NEED to get going again my friend.

I think SFI as a company also realizes the importance of persistence because your profile only gets cleared after a whole year of inactivity....

Keep on giving and you WILL receive, it is a LAW, also, I can guarantee it :)

First and foremost,I believe most Affiliates here are having the same situation of inactive PSAs and CSAs under their leadership.AS in SFI,we have all the tools from A to Z for us to build a successful online business.Well,we all know that it is the most important of having active PSAs and CSAs in order to have a strong foundation in our very own team to grow.Since we are already committed in this business,might as well we do our part by just sending all the inactive one every once a week by group mailer.It's just a small effort.Who knows they might change their mind and get involve again in SFI after seeing our message to them.Good Luck.

I believe it is worth it to keep sending them supportive emails, I have have members leave and come back to SFI so this tells me yes.

Sometimes people have other issues that take them away from SFI, and sometimes they just do not understand the powerful program that SFI really is.

It is up to us to reach out to them and help them achieve success with SFI as well, they will never go away then.

Of course it is worth it without thinking should send mails of support even if it is inactive PSA or CSA members, because you never know when they will decide to work again, when they see how much they support you give, help, to inform them about all the news and when they see that you still doing this job will create their image that they can succeed in this business, and it will work. Just be persistent and continue to send those e-mails, you will pay off one day

Sometimes , people have other businesses or obligations but if you give them proper informations about the possibilities of SFI, maybe when they finished other duties, they will start to earn VP and work properly.
