I think we have to distinguish between personal emails to every PSA and CSA on your team and Team Mails send to the team as a whole.

You can keep on sending Team Mails to them as part of your team to maybe try and sway them to start becoming active, but don’t waist your time sending personal emails to each and everyone on your team, whether they are active or not. If you have only a few members on your team, that may be possible, but when your team starts to run into the hundreds, it starts to become too time consuming to contact each and everyone one on one.

Keep on sending them motivational and informative Team Mails that’s relevant to them. Also refer in your Team Mails to articles in your blog on your Leadership Page that might motivate them to start getting active and send out Newsletters to all your Team Members whether they are active or not.

Rather work with the workers without forgetting the others. Spend your time on more important things like recruiting new PSA’s, CSA’s and PRM’s and teaching the movers to do the same.

It is absolutely worth it to keep sending supportive emails to your inactive PSAs and CSAs, no matter how long they have been dormant or have zero VP.

You need to keep them informed, up-to-date and in the loop at all times even if you know they're not even reading your emails. You’ll never know when something in your message may hit the mark and arouse their interest.

A lot of very successful affiliates have said that when they joined they were not as interested in the business as they should have been. Others have full time jobs and family to worry about and time or money was the issue. But because of the weekly messages from their sponsors, they have decided one day to take another look at SFI.

Impressed by the tenacity of their sponsors in not giving up on them, they decided to give SFI another look and were surprised at the growth and speed of progress of SFI and TripleClicks and the success of its affiliates while they were still sitting on the fence. asleep or undecided, and not bothering to have a look-see at their own SFI business.

A lot have expressed their regret that they have wasted a long time ignoring the messages and emails and failed to realize the potential of SFI and failed to see the Big Picture.

Most PSAs and CSAs join SFI for different reasons, and those who joined out of curiosity or by accident will not necessarily get started, so they remain in the sideline, not understanding much about SFI and not sure whether to get started at all, hence they have zero VP.

For this reason, it is not only worth it to keep the communication lines open, to keep sending supportive emails, but to have the SFI door wide open for them to come back in and give the business and themselves a chance to grow and succeed.

Hi Julito,
1. Well, I presume you have faced a similar plight like most of us in this awesome business venture. My experience is also no better. Out of a total tally of 370 PSAs & CSAs put together I have more than 225 of them whom I have termed “sleepers” who have not earned even a single VP. They seem to have merely clicked, signed up, lost interest immediately and gone to sleep without bothering to log in again.
2.My modus-operandi is to regularly send them motivating tips & guidance by individual /group mails on a weekly basis without fail. We never know,these inactive affiliates may have a sudden change of mind probably due to our constant reminders and re-start logging in & perform their minimum daily tasks to earn their VPs, which is their “bread & butter” in this online SFI business.
3. My priority will be:-
i) To send weekly mails to my first & second level PSAs.
Ii) Next to send mails to my Second Home CSAs. These affiliates have already been sponsored earlier by a different person but not communicated or trained by the earlier(original) sponsor and therefore assigned to you; hence it will be easier to make him/her realize the value of logging in regularly to progress & achieve the vast benefits-attractive commissions from the executive pool etc.
iii) I will not bother for my CSAs ;this is because they already have a regular sponsor with them who should be communicating, giving useful tips & training them as how to earn VPS & go about sponsoring through ‘duplication”
4. I have occasionally been surprised by getting some response back, even if it proved short-lived at times, but it certainly doesn't hurt to include the re-assigned PSAs too.
5. Please understand that out of these inactive PSAs /CSAs, a few can surprise you by turning into precious ”gems’ for your business!
6. A final word of advice, you will lose nothing by keeping in contact with your inactive PSAs /CSAs by e-mails regularly as there are good chances of waking these sleepy heads sometime or other!
Never feel discouraged but keep it going. That’s my motto!

My opinion and answer is 100% yes its worth it. Don't give up. Keep on mailing them while their names are still in your geneology lists. You might not know ten or more will respond to you one day. Be your successful downline under your guidance. Their success is your success. A successful good leader, a successful good duplicate will never ever give up. Nothing in this world will come that easy with a click a click of a finger.
As written in SFI - ROS (Rules OF Success) Rules 19 "Some will, some won't. So what?! Someone's waiting! Next!" Memorize this and say it to yourself when rejection happens. And remember that you're now one step closer to the next "yes." Be persistent, ignore the rejections, and you'll get more than enough "yes's" to build a successful business.

For me it is yes, it is worth to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs And CSAs who have 0 vp and been inactive for weeks or months. As long as their names are still listed in your geneology, dont loose hope, who knows thru your supportive mails, they change their mind and logged in again, giving SFI a second chance. Isnt it interesting?

If your time permits, continue sending your letter of encouragement, nothing will loose but there is something to gain if.....they pursue.

Well your PSAs and CSAs are your list. If you communicate faithfully and meaningfully you will cultivate that list. Once cultivated you will begin to see growth and fruit coming out of that list.

The only thing I would say strongly, is do not treat you inactive affiliates and failures, non responsive, no gooders. Treat them as a free list of prospects. Woo them. Wine and dine them. Provide them with interesting, personal and valuable content.

Be personal and bring value to them and they will respond. Be interested in them. Review their profiles if they filled it out. Search for them on FB or LinkedIn. Find out all you can about them and try to speak specifically to them personally.

Cultivate your list, prospect for Gold in that list.

When we sow seeds, we do not know how many will sprout. Even when many do, we are not sure how many will become "Result oriented in due course "!! But still, we will continue to have hope and nurture them to the best of our abilities.

When we see some results we become truly happy.

Isn't it??

SFI Business is no different from the above. How?

We introduce so many people as our PSAs through our own hands. We also get PSAs through other means like Auctions, Reassignments, etc, etc.

We also get members as "CSAs " upon our reaching certain levels of leadership positions.

Once we get them, be it PSAs or CSAs, Active or Inactive, our job is to:

1) Inspire them by showing them our achievements;
2) Motivate them through rewards; &
3) Help them with Action Plans & Finally
4) Ensure they grow together with the Team!!

More over, we send mails through SFI Mailer System. In one click, our mail reaches so many members - active or inactive.

Even if they remain inactive and with Zero VP currently, who knows, they may become active in future!!

We stand to lose nothing by sending them supportive mails regularly!!

Conclusion:

1. We live on hope!

Yes, it is worth it because you do not know the reason for their inactivity. At times we may mistake inactivity to be lack of enthusiasm or interest, it may be the case sometimes, but certainly not all the time.

Even in situations where you think they lack interest, your continued support e-mails may arouse their interest. In situations where they may have been interested, but remain inactive for some other reasons, your continued support e-mails will continually remind them not to forget to tune in when they are ready, lest they may forget and move to some other programs.

Another reason why it is worth it is because you may not need to put in any extra effort to send supporting e-mails, in case you are using Genealogy Group Mailer.

Finally, it is advisable not to spend too much time on this set of affiliates, but instead to concentrate your efforts on, and to work with the workers.

Dear friend,

Be optimistic, that is what is more important for anyone to move on in life confidently. We should be optimistic about our own team members and who knows, one day, they will realize the importance of the system and become suddenly active to earn handsomely and successful.

As far as I am concerned, I use to send my team members regular Weekly Support Messages with new developments in the system and also inspiring and motivational quotes. I am in the view that one day, they will notice the contents in the messages more aptly and realize how to move forward confidently in SFI with or without our guidance.

Besides that, I use to send selective messages to the persons who are inactive for a long time and on the verge of losing their affiliate status with more effective methods. By doing so, I have even received positive response from many to rethink and move forward more effectively to become successful.

Moreover, I am even offering and providing my all team members various rewards by way of new PSAs for them to sponsor and become awesome sponsors. After all, their success is our success too.

Hence, never be disappointed and keep sending the messages with some essence to your team members and I am sure, you will get the desired and positive results very soon.
