Yes! Never give up on your inactive team members! I have seen inactive Second-Home CSAs come back to life after a long slumber. It is so cool to think that one of my emails spurred someone back into action! In fact, I just had a red-flagged PSA come back earlier this week!

It's important that you are sending USEFUL information to your team (both active and

ALL your affiliates are important and VALUABLE whether they are active or inactive.
If you seek to ignite an inactive affiliate, try offering them gift certificates. I currently offer upto $50 Gift Certificate to affiliates who maintain at least an EA2 position for 3 consecutive months. PTL's earn $50, GTL's earn $40, STL's earn $30, BTL Earn $20 EA2's earn $10.

To answer your question. It is very worth it to keep sending supportive emails to your PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and

Let me share the process of Duplication so that you can see the importance of not neglecting anyone in your organization even those who are not active for months.

First we find affiliates - The reality that all of us experience is it's difficult to get them sign up. So once they sign up you are one step closer to duplication.

Second, among those who signed up only few will be come active and will sustain being active. Majority of them will be idle. BUT some of the idle people

To answer your question in a word...YES!!! It IS worth it!!

I have a fairly lengthy list of PSAs and CSAs in my downline...many of whom haven't logged in since they joined! :( Consequently, it sometimes seems as if it is a waste of my time to keep mailing them.

However, the one thing that motivates me to keep mailing is the thought that, sooner or later, one/two/three or more of these folks will read my message and decide to give SFI a try. They may even become productive

Hi, this is a good question.

I have many members on my team, both PSAs and CSAs. The majority of them are inactive, but each week I do send a group mailer to everyone. Whether any of the information I send to all of my team resonates with them, I am unsure, but I keep plugging away.

I really think that the majority of the trouble is that unless new members when they first sign up put in right away what their primary language is, it is hard for us to communicate with them appropriately.

Absolutely it is worth keeping them in the loop and sending them your newsletters and TeamMails just the same as you do for your active team members. It takes no more work to do.

You don't know why they haven't started yet. Perhaps they signed up spur-of-the-moment and weren't expecting something they would need to make a time commitment for. Maybe it just wasn't quite the right time for them.

I recently went through my email accounts to clear the clutter, and found newsletters

Hello!

In my opinion, it is worth it. You never know when a PSA or CSA might change their mind and become active. You never know if an email you will send to them is just the right trigger for your PSA/CSA to start working.

This is an online job and somewhat impersonal, so we sometimes tend to forget that people from our downline are just regular human beings with their regular everyday problems. Some of them might be confused with all the information regarding SFI business.

Every action you perform in any business you own is important and you should not discard its results even if you are not able to see them immediately. You might just create interest at the right time (not for you but for the affiliate) and they can become active.

The question of inactive PSAs and CSAs has come up very often on various discussion platforms and it is my opinion that you should not stop supporting them despite their passive position in the business. The worst case scenario

Yes, it does...

Some takes less time to realize the benefit of SFI and some do take longer time.. As a leader, we need to have patience and change our style of approach to our down line.

We need to spend more time in finding different ways of approaching our team members.. Since, we tend to send one email to larger group, the chance are more that they feel it as spam and kind of ignore it without reading.

Try to send separate email to individual IDs (might be tedious

My direct answer to your question is yes and it cost you nothing but gives you an opportunity to reactivate a sleeping affiliate.

AWeber makes money from helping marketers build list and to maintain it. SFI does that for us free. With the populated list in our Genealogy, we can observe the performance of our team members and as such prepare useful mails to them.

Question like yours emanate from the fact that many of the mails sent out to team members are not working and yield
