It is better to pursue PSAs. Duplication is easier to do with them because you have direct access to them. I have in the past mentored CSAs but they seem to have gone and that left me to think seriously about communicating with CSAs. This does not mean that I forget about the CSAs; I have good loyal CSAs who are doing well, but I fear that I might lose them too. I think that having to duplicate 5 best PSAs is the way to go at the same time try other action points to earn great commission, and always

PSA is better to be pursued if you can really catch them. Getting them and keeping them is in deed where the problem lies. This is because they are your direct down line and the commission you get is more than what you get in CSAs.

For you to get serious PSAs as your down-line, you need to work very hard advertising online, sharing hand bills, holding seminars, buying PSAs to go, setting up an S-Builder Co-op or even buying traffic, all these are what you need to do for your business

Dear affiliate,

Both have advantages on our SFI business.

Both have disadvantages too. What ever we do wether it is our CSA or PSA , we cannot control each of them. As to my experience both CSA and PSA remain in active whatever encouragement we give to them , email, team mail and any support if they are not interested.

But, if you have both active CSA and PSA, PSA will bring you more income because in every purchases he or she makes you will get 45 percent of the

I know many have said this but it is good to pursue both PSAs and CSAs.

You pursue PASs with advertising. You pursue CSAs with achievements.

CSAs are gained by Rank, each level of Rank means more CSAs allotted. It also means a greater share in CSAs when orphan CSAs are reassigned. But you achieve Rank through Action Versa Points and the fastest way to get those VP are by sponsoring PSAs who make EA and above.

CSAs can also be won in the auction for very affordable

Hello Dave,

This question you have asked under category Duplication.

In this context the use of word"Pursue" may not be correct.

You Are the Sponsor of PSAs and Co- Sponsor of CSAs. They are your team members. You are their LEADER. You need not Pursue them. Set and example to them in such a way that they would be eager to FOLLOW your example to develop their business. Through the methods suggested under " Be an Awesome Sponsor" Focus your

It seems like many people are asking what are "false binary questions." CSAs and PSAs are not an either/or. CSAs come to you as you build your network anyway, though, so I do not pursue them unless I think I can catch a good deal on an auction. PSAs are what can build a stronger income for you, though, because you earn larger commissions on them and you get VP Matching in the Executive Pool from your extended downline. You can do that much more, as a result, with your PSAs. However,

It is almost the same as asking if you should be a Sponsor or Co Sponsor . You are one and the same , same goes for PSA or CSA . As a Co sponsor you are second in command BUT you are there for support of your CSA's who still provide commissions to you. Sometimes three Bronze CSA's are better than no hardworking PSA's.

Although PSA's should be the focus of your business for you earn more commissions with them, remember your CSA's do not need as much TIME as you would give your PSA's.

To the best of my knowledge, it isn't possible to "pursue" CSAs (except by becoming a Team Leader and earning shares of Second Home CSAs).

If you're looking to build a team, then definitely PSAs are the way to go.
Use all methods at your disposal (advertising, S-Builder Co-Op, PSAs to Go, etc.) to get your PSAs and then teach them to do the same.

You're CSAs will be assigned to you automatically by SFI depending on your rank.

Irrespective of whether your team is composed of CSAs or PSAs, success in business depends entirely on the actual work done by the affiliates. Suppose you get 10 CSAs and in case 8 of them are remaining idle or inactive, it will adversely affect the performance or output of the entire team.Sometimes, they won’t respond at all even to the initial welcome letter by the leader. It may be that some of them have personal and family problems precluding their immediate response to your Email. Priorities

Your PSAs are your personally sponsored Affiliates, and are more of or very likely to be people close to your or well known to you and therefore more easily approachable. Your CSAs are your co-sponsored affiliates and are usually assigned to you as second tier downlines through winnings or shares in the executive pool or such. I suggest you pursue more of the PSAs as they are primarily then basis of your growth in SFI for you earn direct first-tier commissions from their activities. If you can grow
