I'm not really sure I understand the context of your question, however I'll try to reply the best way I can.

If you're talking about pursuing in the recruitment sense, then pursuing CSAs is not really an option, apart from in the occasional auctions to win CSAs. CSAs are generally given as a reward from SFI for you achieving and maintaining a minimum of EA rank.

Your own sponsoring efforts will be aimed at recruiting PSAs.

If you're talking about communicating with

I believe that both PSA’s and CSA’s are important when you are building a business.
PSA are the only item that you can really control as far as concentrating on as you cannot buy CSA’s as such you can buy or advertise for PSA.
CSA’s are awarded to you for certain actions or milestone that you reach, they cannot be purchased, however they can be won at auction and as a business building process I would highly recommend that you do as you gain PSA for every 50 bids and up to 10 MRP

A very good question but it only requires very little understanding and logic for decision making and come to a conclusion.

Both the PSAs and CSAs are your team members only, who are under your direct/indirect control i.e., who seek information or clarification, guidance for their personal doubts, confusion, current and important information of SFI and its various branches like Tripleclicks, Forum, Pricebender auctions, ASK SC, Launchpad or Eager Zebra Games etc.

I personally prefer PSAs but I also realise the great advantage of having CSAs.

With PSAs, you can really sponsor and develop them to grow your downline. Your financial benefits from their activities and those of their downlines are also greater than those of your CSAs. The duplication system is applicable to PSAs and to to CSAs. That is why I prefer to pursue PSAs.

CSAs on the other hand are normally greatly influenced by their own sponsors. You can also have an effect

This is a very straight forward question and I will just enumerate the major benefits of each;

The benefits of PSA:

1. You receive 40% CV (Commission Volume)from their purchases at TC.

2. You receive VP match on any EA2 up to 12 levels (Gen 12)if you are a team leader and meet certain conditions regarding Leadership Page maintenance and sponsor rating.

3. If they are ECAs you earn 10% royalties from their sales.

Benefits of CSAs:

1.

First of all you should remember to work with all of your down line PSAs and CSAs

I myself would have to say that PSAs would be the better choice, because they are yours for the duration that you are an affiliate with SFI, and there are only three ways that I can think of, that will change that

1-you re-assign them

2-they go in active and roll off

3-something happens to you to cause you to go inactive and roll off

CSAs on the other hand are

This is a good question.
What is the difference between the CSAs or PSAs.

CSAs - You get 15% commission, you get two(2) when to reach EA status, you get from SFI pool if you are a Team Leader and you bid on them in auctions

PSAs - You get 45% commission, you bid on them in auctions, you get one(1) after 50 bids at the auctions and you can buy them from ECAs or TripleClicks.

So the answer is - Pursue PSAs
You get more commission from them.
You get

PSAs are owned forever by the sponsor. CSAs are owned by another sponsor; of which you become a 'case of need' co-sponsor in caring for such affiliates.

By way of earning,PSAs give the sponsor 45% of any sales made by the downline, while CSAs give the co-sponsor 15%.

CSAs can only be maintained so long as the co- sponsor maintains the leadership position and looses them with the loss of the last EA position. PSAs are attached forever to their sponsor even 'onto death do we

You've received many answers to this question but I think that there is a bigger picture here as well.

We are all here to make money, right?

And that's where most of the answers are heading.

But what about just helping people?

Put aside the money issue for the moment and just concentrate on helping other people make money regardless of wether they're PSA's or CSA's.

Remember that you only make money if they do.

I've been doing this

A simple answer to this question is both. CSAs and PSAs each contribute to building your business.

Purchases by CSAs give you 15% of the CV of any products they purchase. Purchases by PSAs give you 45% of any products they purchase. Every 3 CSAs equals 1 PSA in terms of earning capacity.

Pursue them both with a vengeance.

If you can work your way up to Team Leader, you will earn CSAs each and every month you remain Team Leader. Bronze Team
