Believe it or not,yes there is.
And in short - that is doing their job instead of them.
Say,you got someone in your downline who should start advertising on Facebook. And he or she should create a profile, but he or she doesn't know it (or should create profile on Twitter, but doesn't know it).OK,no one's born an expert,I know, but I believe in few sentences you can explain how to do it (it's not so complicated). But,even after all your efforts, that person is still having trouble with it,and after a while your downline members comes with "Hey,can you do it instead of me?".
In such situation you can choose to do it instead of him or her...or not.If you choose to do it,to help that person in,say, such an easy situation, think about:what's next?Tomorrow the same person will come with "Hey,I'm bothered with my daily's actions, can you do it for me?".Expect so.
I'm not telling you that you,as a sponsor, should not help your downline - ofcourse you should.BUT.You have to know that not all the people are suitable for this kind of business. Not all the people are taking seriously this opportunity.Explaining them what is it about and how they should work in this company, even after our biggest efforts, will not bring expected results - face it.The reasons are different, but you have to accept it.
So,when you're helping someone with an action "that baby can do",and it's still not effective, think about it a little. You're spending your time on such things and it gives not-so-satisfying results. On the other hand, you could focus instead on some other of your members, with more seriously suggestions (for example,a strategy to start a Co-op).
What I'm saying is - have more respect for your time.
Some actions need to be done by the members themselves. If you're helping them "too much" you're not helping them in right way. They can't expect you to do it instead of them all the time. The need to learn it once.
Like a joke-story,that I heard once:
Man had a dog.A friend comes to visit him one day.
- Hey,that's a nice dog you have.
- Yeah. And know what?I trained him,so he can bring you the slippers.
- Really?
- Yes.You'll see now.Come on doggy.
The dog does nothing.
- I said,came on doggy.
The dog still does nothing.
- Doggy,come on!
Still nothing happens.
Then, with an angry tone,he says to the dog:
- OK,but this is the last time I'm showing you, understood?
*****
Hope you got the point.
