There seems to be some confusion among respondents.

Some grasp the word Help, others are confusing it with frequency of contact, and it's sad the number of people who would discourage efforts to improve your team. If they are serious about the business your team will have desire to learn daily and enjoy working closely with you and being in constant contact.

They will join Facebook Chats and Skype Groups, give you a phone number to call and connect on social media.

There could be..

As a sponsor, we need to help, guide/support our team members to start off and show them the path. Help them when ever they ask for it and it's our responsibility to ensure they learn and not just think my sponsor will do..

To be successful as an affiliate in SFI business, you must provide your down line with as much pre-made promotional content as possible. This makes their job easier and they’ll be more motivated to work with you.

Actually I personally do not think that there is such thing as helping your affiliates too much, because if you are extending any aid or help to your affiliate it directly or indirectly means you are helping yourself because you have an interest in the growth and development of your affiliate.

In reality, it all depends on the affiliate's various and diverse background such as age, nationality, mother tongue, educational level, lifestyle, habits, technical or computer literacy, economic

Absolutely, there is!

Let your introductory welcoming letter to them give a brief synopsis of SFI and TripleClicks, while guiding them to the best steps to begin learning: Basics, LaunchPad lessons, Internet Income course, the Forum, askSC.

Contact them once within a day or so of their join date, then once a week in your team mails. And, of course, immediately as possible when they contact you with questions!:)

Do NOT hand-feed them all their training. Do not tell

As to your question on helping your affiliates too much I must say yes it is possible to help them too much.

Remember your affiliates are building a personal home based business that they must learn to build on their own. If you are doing things that your affiliate should be doing themselves then you are helping to much.

It is good to help your affiliates when they have questions or when they need some motivation. The best way to help them is to give them

When you get someone to join your team and you, as their Sponsor, are responsible to teach and guide them through. You have to make them understand on how to get started, how to score points, how advance to next level and so on. All of these tools are available 24/7, by SFI. We only need to read and apply what we learn.

Once you are sure that they are able to move forward on their own, it is time for you to let them go. I personally feel that you cannot hold their hand for too long.

Yes, there is such a thing as helping our affiliates TOO much, or not much, depending on the kind of help you are giving your affiliates.

To be an awesome sponsor, it is our role to provide all the help, support, guidance, mentoring, motivation and and encouragement to our affiliates. And it's not TOO much if done with love and care, because we want them to succeed. We succeed only if our affiliates succeed. That's Rule No. 6 of the SFI Rules of Success. To get, give.

As tempting as it is to jump in and take our affiliates by the hand, to lead them every step of the way, for the success of both them and yourself, in my experience has proven to be futile, in most cases.

It weakens more than helps, by not allowing them to learn for themselves how to get things worked out. After a while, when you have many others to help and are not holding their hand so much, they can readily give up as they feel unsupported and not able to continue without your constant

There is no such thing as helping your affiliate too much, unless what you really mean is helping them financially.

If it is information they seek, then by all means teach them as much as they can soak up. But the implementation of the lessons they learned obviously they will have to do themselves. You can help do their marketing (through a co-op for example), but only as a reward for something. Be sure not to give out something for free else they become dependent on you.

Yes there definitely is.

What you don't want are affiliates who are dependant.

You don't want your affiliates to keep on coming to you for information that are readily available especially on the SFI website. They will in time develop their own teams which they will have to sponsor, so you want them to find out the answers themselves.

I would suggest that when they come to you for answers to matters that are readily available, don't brush them off but at the same
