There are many great ways to come up with good content for weekly newsletters, from sharing tips from your upline to reading and sharing articles with people. I'll discuss the ones I use.
* If SFI is working correctly, your sponsor will be sending you his or her messages, and you get to interpret and try out his or her methods and ideas and pass them along to your team. This is at the core of duplication.
* When you notice a trend in your business, and you see something that's working, you will want to share this, too, with your team, so they can take advantage of this same process. After all, their success is your success.
* Communication also goes both ways--if one of your affiliates has found something useful, you can listen to them and share it amongst your other team members, and then everyone gets stronger.
* You can also look outside your team for ideas, too. A good news article related to marketing, business, or even world politics can be a spark for discussion and worth sharing, particularly as they all affect current markets.
* Of course, a good relationship with your affiliates works off of more than just the sharing of facts, but also the sharing of interests. In my case, this means cartooning. I like to draw, and I like to share that, so when I share ideas, I frequently share drawings or graphics I've designed myself.
The rest all depends on you and what you like, what motivates you, and how that motivation gets communicated to the people on your team. Some people work better one-on-one than they do with something like a newsletter; some people do better through voice and prefer direct calling or teleconferencing over skype. The trick to doing anything is to find a way to make it enjoyable for you, or at least *easy* for you, so that you can keep up your process without it feeling like a massive drain.
I hope that provides something more useful as an answer.
