As a Team Leader we are given the opportunity to write weekly newsletters for our team members. Thus, it is imperative that the content is good and well constructed so that our team members or down liners will be inspired or motivated.

Firstly, it should be precise and not too long. Maybe you could summarize the latest news or announcements made by SFI in their weekly newsletter. You should not repeat what has been stated earlier in the SFI newsletter as this will be redundant and be of little interest to the team members since they might have already read earlier. What you can do is just to elaborate further by stressing important points in connection thereto.

Secondly, you should also share your SFI experiences and how you have achieved success. By doing so you would have given them vital information in their journey towards achieving the same. Not to forget you should also highlight the obstacles faced and how you manage to overcome them. Remember that your success is directly tied to how your team members or down liners performed. At the end of the day you shall also be able to reap the rewards.

Thirdly, get your team members or down liners to revise the various training resources provided by SFI. It is preferred that you focus on only one resource per week. Elaborate further so that your team members or down liners understand fully the subject matter. This is also vital since only affiliates who are well equipped with the knowledge can progress further and attain success in SFI.

Lastly, emphasize on the need of team work and complementing of each other. Only good team work can ensure success for everyone. Remember that of all of us are in SFI business for a common goal which is to earn extra and possibly have a financial independence

If you think about what your earlist problems were and how you solved them, you can share that story as a newsletter message about how to get past problems and what is on the other side. Anything that you have learned can be shared as an inspirational story.

There are often SFI news announcements and Forum conversations that are very helpful that you can talk about in a weekly newsletter. You can also talk about what you think is important and helpful to be successful.

There are many themes you could research and share too, like the importance of marketing, or communicating or what it takes to be active in business. What interests and sounds good to you, will probably be very helpful in your newsletters.

This is an excellent question. It is very important to keep regular contact with your team, even affiliates that are inactive. However, it's important that you keep the content useful for them!

SFI is full of information, just look at the Training section on the black ribbon menu.

You can make a series of emails focusing on generating TC sales and sponsoring affiliates. Follow that up with SFI Rules of Success - these are twenty very important rules to follow to build your successful business.

Check out the "Getting Started Training" section for your newer affiliates, or affiliates who haven't successfully gotten started yet with the SFI opportunity.

Then there are the reports from the "Must-Read Expert Reports" section. This section has HUNDREDS of helpful articles covering general home-business, essential tips & hints for your business, network building tips, internet marketing tips, start up tips, finance and money advice, sales writing & communication, customer service and complaints, advertising sales and marketing, recruiting & prospecting, and offline marketing.

There are Training sections for Gift Card guides and referring ECAs. Use these to educate your team about these topics. There are half a dozen "Affiliate Tips" available with further information for you to use.

The Internet Income Archive is full of 90 lessons written by George Little. Some of the information is a bit outdated, but a lot of the information is very helpful for understanding how the internet and marketing work. There is also the new Internet Income Course 2.0, which is more current, and contains a lot of great information.

There are a number of articles under "Ask Gery" which are the most common questions Gery (the president and founder of SFI) has received.

There is a tremendous amount of information available on the SFI website you can use for your weekly Team Mail. However, some of the best ideas *I* have seen have been on the forum or asked in the ASK SC community. These are great places to get even more ideas of current concern to SFI affiliates.

With all of these resources, it is important to cite where you get the information. Doing this keeps things ethical, and also gives your team members a chance to explore the source site for further information. Win-win for everyone!

Putting out a newsletter (team mailer) every week can start to make you think just what in the world am I going to share with my team that they haven’t already read or heard.

The first thing we need to understand is that we do not know if the information that we are sharing is something they have read already. After two years of being with SFI I am still learning and finding out new things.

Also keep in mind that if your SFI and TripleClicks business is growing you will constantly be adding new people to your group, PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) and CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates). So the information you share can be repeated at times so your new team mates will have the same information as the rest of your team.

The content that I use:

First – I always have a few short lines to cover subjects that are not related to the business. I believe this personal information lets your team feel more comfortable when reading your newsletters.

Second – I have subscribed to the SFI News post and the news post from TripleClicks. Believe me they send you enough material every month to put into your newsletters to your team. The majority of my newsletters are made from the news blogs listed above. I simply copy and paste the news into my letters and then I tweek them a bit to make the news little more personal without changing the content.

I also like to conclude my newsletters with a couple current testimonies from the SFI weekly post. And with my sign off stating that I am always ready to help then and I include the email address where they can reach me faster than anywhere else.

P.S. By the way I always save a copy of every newsletter that I send to my team. This way if a member ask me about something that was printed in a newsletter a week or so ago I can look it up in the newsletter file and see the exact information that I sent I send them a new copy to verify what was shared before. (This has helped me several times).

This is going to be really easy to explain. My answer is Write down your questions, research answers for them, save them back and share what you found and any links to supporting articles and tools and share a question and answer with related resources at least once a week.

Too many people start with an expectation that they need to have more to a newsletter than this or that it should be 500+ words to be good or that the author should be an expert before they talk and train anyone. That's false and it hurts your business to hold off sending valuable tips because of some fear you may have of not being good enough.

Your people are in the same boat you were when you started at SFI.

They will have the same questions, need the same tools, and have to navigate the same pages and post to get where you are and where you are headed. Be bold, and be out in front. Learn something every day, teach something every day, and develop list of great references.

Weekly newsletters are an important communications among teams.
Contents can be wide variatives such as guides, coachings, motivational, ideas, two way questions and answers, group projects, surveys, discussions on plans, share products quality, courses and much more creative ideas.

It is a must to keep two way relationship connected, and what's more as a group sharing the same business course.

Its a totally different picture if we doesnt use communication tools correctly, our group will be so silence without motivation and we as if doesnt know each other.

Just share good constructive ideas on how to grow the team, to entice them, how to sell, learn about public, sales and traffic.

Awards and rewards to get the team active and growing is another brilliant idea.

Talk to your team daily, as how we talk to our kids and our family.
Contents will flow through as we get comfortable and good responce from the team.

I use two basics for my newsletters:

1) I am helpful and I offer help;
2) I give many tips as a result of my experiences in SFI

I remind affiliates of the resources that are available to them, what to see and use on their SFI Homepage(s), how to get the most VP and what kind, new programs I have tried, badges they can earn and how (and that I have mine), advertising, visitors packages...You name it.

The possibilities are endless. Just start writing, it'll come. I hope I've helped you somehow. :-)

Encourage your newbies to do the things that will bring them to Fast Tracker gold, including buying the NMP. This package has many extra benefits not attainable otherwise. Break the information out, explain it.

Make suggestions to them on ways you have discovered that helped you get a good start when you were new. And things you have learned since!:)

Have a conversation with them, basically, as if they were sitting across the table from you. Let them know how to reach you for help.

Once you start, thoughts and ideas will come to you!:)) Suggest you might want to do pen and paper first, then put into the newsletter. That way it is easier to make any changes or corrections before sending.
