I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

Hi Jeffery,

That is wonderful. Wish I knew how to work the A2A to round up those in my town. However, if I were in your shoes, I would probably do the following: Of course, this depends on what type of response you have for your meeting:

1) Have name tags

2) Have a place for everyone to take notes

3) Have refreshments

4) Have a chance for each one to get up in front of the others and
share how long they have been with SFI, do they have

My vision of such a gathering is an informal one. A get together of like minded individuals who live in the same area but, perhaps, are feeling somewhat alone in the world of an internet marketing business.

Let’s get together in my living room and have a cup of coffee or a glass of ice tea. We can get to know each other and brain storm some ideas and concepts of sales, marketing and sponsoring. There are so many facets, both online and off, of each of these parts of business that everyone,

That's a nice idea.

Before the meeting choose place and time that all affiliates (or most of them) find suitable. The atmosphere should be relaxed and friendly.Take care that place where you chose to be meeting have enough place/seats for all, that music (if there's any) isn't too loud (so that you have to shout to each other) and that chosen place is not overcrowded (so that each time someone is interrupting you).

At the beginning of the meeting,if you are the initiator, check

Your get together should help all the A2A affiliates to boost their business.

The idea is very good. First have a form filled by each member who wants to attend. In this form every member will have to fill the promotion methods and advertising methods they are trying.

They should fill which type of promotion methods they want to have guidance from participating members.Mention if they want to have guidance , they will have to provide other members guidance too

Hello Jeffrey

1. First of all you need to have a list of A2A friends of your area or state/country. In order to do that. Go to: https://www.tripleclicks.com/TConnectMbr.php?Your SFI.ID

Then Click on ECA. You will be taken to https://www.tripleclicks.com/indexECAs.php, where you can search the list of all ECAs in your country.
The next task is to get connected with them for sending your message/invitation.

2. Second method is to login to your score board and

If ever, I might do the following:

1. Think of the purpose of the meeting, the venue and the date and time and send out the information to all the A2A in the locality to check their availability and be open for any suggestion as to the venue, date and time so as to accommodate more A2A.

2. Draft a list of activity to be undertaken, assign people to assist you if needed on a per area/locality basis. Activities may include self introduction to the group, their status in the SFI

Having the opportunity to organize a get-together with a2a affiliates is one of the most important activities in furthering the growth of your SFI business. If the meeting is for the first time, I strongly suggest that you create a warm and comfortable atmosphere for all your a2a friends, so that they will feel welcomed and at ease. A friendly atmosphere is conducive to sharing and learning for everyone. How to make use of the meeting effectively, so that everyone will have something valuable to

Congratulations for taking this initiative. It sounds like its the first time you are getting together with your A2A friends so let it be a meeting of friends!

You probably have been communicating with each other online but this is the 1st time you are meeting in person. The key to remember here is that you all have a lot more in common than differences. You are all from the local area and you are all SFI affiliates with one goal and that is to run successful SFI businesses. If that

Wow. What a potential hotbed for cross-soliciting and cross-lining. And both are dangerous to our teams. Don't ask for trouble.

First off, you've been in for how long? One month. And you are a silver. Is your silver based on a working, active team or just your beginner's To DO List plus some purchases? Who is going to lead the meetings? And set up the training? Are you experienced in those things. Or perhaps you intend it to be just a fun get together where they all spend the whole time

This is an interesting question and a very good thing.
Some things you may do, just a suggestion:-

* First is work out how much it will cost you.
* Arrange for put ins by the participants $20 or more per head depends on how big the event, Refreshment/tea party, lunch or dinner.
* Or ask them to bring a plate and wine if they prefer to drink. It is good to have a party without alcohol, only my opinion maybe some people will enjoy some tipsy moments ( not a drunk session
