Both W3 and S-Builder Co-op are marketing tools created by SFI for affiliates to use in order to promote and build their SFI and TripleClicks business and each of them works in different ways, and they cost differently.
To find out which one works the best for you is by participating in them yourself and keeping records of their performance based on time, money spent and results.
We will all have different experiences and results using these tools, through that we then determine which is best to spend more time, effort and money on.

Wave3 is a kit, which you buy and stick it on your car, now when you drive your car to the town or city there is a mass public to see this sticker, so you are promoting the business.
S-nuilder co-op is an unit of SFI which is automatic, so you just have to relax and wait for the results starting from 3 to 4 weeks time.
For me the best thing to participate is S-builder co-op than Wave3, because in Wave3 you are promoting only the company which might not benefit you, but you get rewards from the company. Whereas S-Builder Co-op is promoting your SFI id to the main domains who are clicking on it and becoming your PSA's so it is for you decide which gives you the true result.

Both are great tools,W3 has amazing free stuff and S-builder is the best in no work advertising for the very low cost.
Use both W3 is only a one time fee of a $1.99 and a once a month survey.
S-builder join for $24.00 a month on Standing Order get VPs and new PSAs with no work on your part save lots of time to advertise to your other fav. places.
They are both good ways to get the word out but for my vote I will stick with the W3 membership.
First off neither one has a 100% guarantee.
W3 is a one time cost and if you want to continue getting business cards the only monthly cost is shipping which is stoppable at any time but you are still a member of W3.
The coop is not a bad thing but it cost's more money and if you are like me I have to consider the cost's.
So my vote would be W3.
Both are best but you have to think you are interested for long term and short term business. Accordingly you have select W3 and S-Builder Co-op.
After all one flexible option available at any time you will be go to any rank every month we start from beginning. In this point of view W3 is best best but bit costly compare to S-Builder Co-op.
I suggest go for W3 lot of benefit available compare to s-Builder Co-OP.

S-Builder is awesome as well and a must have it's as little as $22.00 and the rewards are great.
That is a good question and I asked the same thing when I started so as far as im concerned I believe that you need both because, W3 will work towards your sales in Triple Clicks and Sbuilder Co=op will bring your PSAs in it kinda evens out.. When I first started I had lots of purchases but no sales now that I have W3 going I finally have sales I hope that helped you
Its a couple of bucks for mailing costs, and you get monthly bonuses for life. A total no-brainer!
S-Builder is for growing your down-line, and is totally different from the W3 program. There are several methods for recruiting PSA's, and it is up to the individual to decide which is best for him/her.
Everybody should participate in the W3 program, No excuses!

Maybe you should try not to compare these two. W3 you pay only once and is very cheap - cheaper than a cup of coffee :) It brings you TCredits, MRPs, there is winner drawing - in cash!
S-Builder is something else. It is used for getting PSAs.
So, from these two you get different benefits, it's up to you how much you want to invest.
