The best way to provide constructive criticism is to talk about your self, for example when I was in that position, or I usually, and here's a good one, the best way to do (what-ever) is. And remember to say I hope this helps. Most people will get the message.
Never be harsh always kind, you may have heard the old cliche, kill them with kindness.
This will take you a long way and make them feel good about what they have to do, and possibly respond to you. Everyone loves to be loved and love is what love does.
Helping people help themselves. I hope this helps:-)

I would provide positive answers by using uplifting quotes. Also, you could explain to your downline the things you do so that hopefully they will want to do it too.
For example, if you see that your downline are not doing their to do list everyday. You could explain to them how you log in everyday and why it is so important to you. If you want your downline to advertise more explain to them what you do and the importance in letting others know about your business.
There are so many ways to uplift your downline you just have to think outside the box. I think though more importantly your downline need to know the benefits of why certain activities are done so that they get more of an understanding as to why they are doing it. Explain to them the benefits without being to critical.

hello
To provide positive and constructive criticisms, you need to consider who actually needs it.
how i go about mine, is to consider those i have instructed and have not done what was asked or went contrary to what i told them. from experience, there are some downliners who think they know better, especially when you give them the instruction to hold on, on a particular action, thinking time is going against them they go against the stipulated instructions and it actually boomerang back at them, some even lose their re qualification in the end, that is the time i put up a positive and constructive criticisms to them and it always work all the time. why? because they have seen their errors and when i criticize i put a note of encouragement in it and it all fires them back to action, making them better to lead their own team.
Also, when i criticize, i show them the how to come out of their dilemma. positive criticisms should leave a person better and not worse.
That has always been my goal and i have always receive positive reply of even forgiveness from them!

Honesty with tact is always the approach to use when working with your downline. If they are sorry and not logging in then ask them why are they not logging in and try to get the dialogue going. Life happens to all of us, so empathize with life situations. However, there is no excuse for apathy. SFI is drop dead simple and any 8th grader could do it with flying colors when given the to do list.
Examine the affiliate manager from your genealogy and tell them what you 'see' based on that information. The truth is a bitter pill to swallow at times but it is ALWAYS the best medicine.

In my emails I do not offer criticism to my downline, however I do offer encouragement and upliftment for they may not impart all of their personal problems. That may be aturn off for one struggling to continually log in daily trying to win tcredits and gain points due to the lack of funds.
Give them tips and encourage them to check their vp ledger and alerts , get them to join wave 3 and enter the daily crown and grand
The beauty of SFI is that it is our own business that allows us the flexibilty to run it as we choose (within the rules of SFI, of course). That said, I'm not sure criticism, constructive or otherwise, is appropriate.
However, as sponsor/co-sponsor/upline member, it is appropriate to offer suggestions! Especially if we see a member struggling with something we can help with.
Perhaps a "Tip" e-card would be a good way to deliver that message.

Anything that you say it have to be honest. If they are doing something they should not do, let them know. If they are doing something they need to be doing let them know. It might be that they don’t know what they should be doing therefore, you can give them suggestions on a daily, weekly basis whenever you feel it is necessary to do so. Also engage them in conversations. Ask them questions, what they think about such and such. But I think that the most important aspect is that you just have to be honest with them and tell them like it is.

This is a very good question and hope it will improve our communication skills with downline. You can’t send positive but constructive email to your complete downline. It is for them who are doing mistakes, not regular or inactive. So you must first check Movers tab to check the activity, VPs, Ranks of your downline and then go to Genealogy use filter for group or individual email.
When you refer to constructive criticism, it means to offer valid and good opinion about the work of others, it would combine positive and negative but in a friendly manner not offensive, focus on the work rather than the person. This kind of criticism is a valuable tool in raising and maintaining standard performance. Downline can benefit by focusing on the positive elements of the criticism and achieve greater personal development by correcting their mistakes. As well as non-active affiliates may become active

Appreciating the milestones of each one is always positive and motivating to active affiliates.
For non-active members, saying hello and how are they and letting them know that you are willing to help will give them another look at what SFI if we intend to invite them again to be active.
Focusing on the support that we can give rather on their being inactive is a constructive way of telling them that they should start being active again.
